Background (Preamble):
United States armed forces, in an effort to enforce UN resolutions regarding Saddam Hussain's Government in Iraq invaded beginning March 19, 2003. After two years of occupation and an election, US troops are still there. They should not be.
Bases for permanent occupation are being built. Tens of thousands of civilians have died as a direct result of our aggression.

Senator,
It is time to get our military out of the nation of Iraq. We need to withdraw. We have accomplished the mission of giving the Iraqi people a nation free of Saddam Hussain. We have provided adequate security for them to begin forming a government free of outside influence.
We need to show our national honor to be what is expected, and remove our troops.
