Free Felix Fifer

Felix has been wrongfully accused of a crime that he did not intentionally commit. He went to do some work for someone who paid with a check that was fraudelent. Felix has had a lawn service business for 2 years and has been paid with checks often. He believed at the time of recieving the check that it was a good check, and proceeded to cash the check.

He has lived at the same address for 42 years, and is not to be considered an escape risk.
