1. Petition for each Naturalized US citizen to receive "Bailout" cash! 
Why give the big companies all the Hundreds of Millions of dollars in stimulus packages?? It won't help because the American people STILL cannot buy, nor help stimulate the economy! There are a few things that REALLY WOULD WORK!
Here is some current info as to where the government has placed funds... taken from The New York Times: The American International Group on Sunday released the names of financial institutions that benefited last fall when the Federal Reserve saved it from collapse with an $85 billion rescue loan and then three subsequent bailouts.
All told, Sundayâ's statement detailed payments of more than $94 billion, excluding payments to municipalities. All were made using government loans. (Read the disclosure by A.I.G. after the jump.)
As the mortgages underlying the credit default swap agreements decayed, A.I.G. was required to post collateral to its counterparties. By September, the firm warned that it would run out of money, prompting the government to swoop in with its initial $85 billion loan.
A subsequent government bailout provided money for the Federal Reserve to buy the securities underpinning these credit default swap agreements, canceling the contracts. Nearly $30 billion was spent to do so.
Nearly $44 billion was paid out to 20 firms, most of which were banks. (One non-bank that appeared on the list was the Citadel Investment Group, the giant hedge fund based in Chicago. It received about $200 million.)
A.I.G. also disclosed $12.1 billion in payments to municipalities, including about $1 billion each to California and Virginia, under guaranteed investment agreements. These were essentially places for municipalities to hold money raised from the likes of bond issuances until the cash was needed.
The insurer has already taken fire this weekend for its plans to pay out more than $165 million in bonuses to employees in the unit that brought A.I.G. down to its knees. Despite the consternation of the Obama administration and Republicans alike, the company was allowed to make the payments because of contractual obligations.
Update: A commenter Devilâ's Advocate helpfully added up how much each listed firm was paid by A.I.G. Goldman comes out on top with $12.9 billion through credit default swap exposure and securities lending contracts, followed by Bank of America Merrill Lynch with $12 billion and then Bank of America itself.
As of 4/1/2009... this is: 306,130,094 Americans in the U.S.A. If the government can give out BILLIONS...why can't they give Millions to the people?
SOOOO... What does the government need to do?
First: Give each NATRUALIZED AMERICAN a 1 Million dollar stimulus check!
This would do several things.
#1. It would allow every American who needs it, a chance to buy a new car.
#2. It would allow everyone to pay off debts! This in turn helps the companies that are owed, to get back on their feet as well.
#3. This would also put money back into our banks, and start the circulation of funds.
#4. This would allow those that need/want to go back to school the ability to do so.
#5 This would also allow people who need medical/dental/vision and other care to get just that!
#6. It would give parents the funds to place their children in day care while working, or attending classes.
It would allow Americans a chance to fill their freezers/pantries/walk-ins. To buy needed clothes.
And instead of a $200, or $700 stimulus on a yearly basis... bigger tax cuts, federal tax cuts for the elderly, and disabled. Our world has changed dramatically, as our economy has shown...so every American should receive a $1000 stimulus every tax season. This is in view of rising prices and costs. OVER taxing is not the answer!
Right now tax hikes, price hikes, fees, and the like are getting out of control..., and again it is directed at the PEOPLE...people who have NO money! This makes no sense, is backward thinking!
We also need to: STOP OUT SOURCING all of our work, and bring it BACK into our own country. This in turn will bring work back to our own people which in turn HELPS OUR COUNTRY!
Start a more rigid program that prohibits Non Naturalized Americans from moving here, AND staying. We have thousands of Illegal Aliens in the United States that ARE NOT accounted for!
I am not saying that we need to be un- friendly, but we do need to start thinking about, and taking care of our own!
Again, we are no good to anyone else if we can't even care for our own people in our own country.

2. Put the Future of the USA in American Hands ... The CASH!
Forget about the Big Men, and Corporate Giants. Continuing to pay them Billions of American Dollars is doing nothing to pull the USA out of it's current financial sink hole. INSTEAD of paying the BILLIONS of dollars to the Big businesses... GIVE the approximately 304 MILLION US Citizens 1 MIL each. This would do several things.
#1. It would allow every American who needs it, a chance to buy a new car.
#2. It would allow everyone to pay off debts! This in turn helps the companies that are owed, to get back on their feet as well.
#3. This would also put money back into our banks, and start the circulation of funds.

A couple hundred MILLION is better then several Hundred BILLIONS.
3. Urine Testing For Public Assistance Check
Like a lot of folks, I have a job--I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to get that paycheck, I am required to pass a random urine test with which I have no problem.
What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test.
Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them? Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet.
I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone sitting around, doing drugs, while I work. . .
Can you imagine how much money the state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check? Something has to change in this country -- and soon!

5. Stop Credit Checks for Employment

More and more when you apply for a job you have both a criminal and credit background check. Employers have the right to deny you of a job because of your personal credit.
I think this should change. I think the a criminal background should be allowed but nothing based on your own personal credit.
There are a number of factors some of which are out of ones control that can damnage a persons credit.
In doing research I found that employers can base you get a job that you have the experiance and skills in on your credit. On a certain website I found "In some cases, you may want to investigate a potential employee's credit history. If the position you are trying to fill involves handling cash or otherwise managing you buisness assets, a credit check is essential. Inablility to managae personal credit and finances doesn't mean that an individial will have similar difficulties in a business setting. However, it is objective evidence of how the prospective employee has managed his or her assets."
There are hundreds of reasons why peoples credit becomes messed up such as a becoming ill, a child or relative becoming ill, divorce, lay off, thats just to name a few.
I want to make this stop America and I need your help. This is why I'm having this petition because people should be able to get any job not based on there credit but based on there skill and ability to preform the job.

7. New Episodes Of Rockos Modern Life
Dear Rocko Fans,
Do you love Rockos Modern Life?
If so I know that you are happy that the new Nicktoons channel is showing re-runs of Rocko. But I think, why not get new episodes? Rocko creator Joe Murray has been making many new shows (the latest being Camp Lazlo on Cartoon Network) but they all suck. To me, Rockos Modern Life was the standard show that all shows tried to life up to. I've contacted the creator of a Rocko website (Dr. Caleb Sayre) that is helping me make a 1,000,000 letter drive to Nickelodeon to get new episodes of Rocko. By the way, Calebs website is at

Domestic Violence is taking the Freedom from Women, Children, Men, and Entire Families, Mother's, Father", Siblings etc.
I propose that we pass a Law instituting a Criminal Backround check on both the Male and the Female to find out if they have ever been convicted of a Domestic Violence or Child Molestation.
If either party has, they must tell the other before they get Married.
It is very costly to Rehabilitate a Family once the Violence is Reported to the Authorites.
The Couple to be Married would pay the cost.
Those Monies should and could help with Education, Job Training, the Deficit, and many other things needless to say it could be Saving Lives.

9. Veto SB-157
Payday lending in the state of Ga.
Dear Honorable Sonny Perdue,
We, the undersigned, urge you to veto SB-157. Passing this bill will:
Take away the jobs of thousands of people in the state of Georgia. Take away the help that people sometimes need to make it till payday, to cover a bill,to keep a check fron bouncing or even for food. And for everone in the state great state of Georgia our right to choose.
10. Checking for head lice in Pasco County Public schools
We the parents of children in the Pasco county school system are asking that every child be checked for head lice.
11. Wal-Mart: Rescind Debit Mastercard Policy!
As of February 1, 2004, Wal-Mart has become the first US retailer to separate credit card transactions from "check" card transactions. Wal-Mart will no longer accept Mastercard debit cards when used with a signature (like a credit card). The reason: Wal-Mart claims the costs are too high.
Although Wal-Mart says that only 1% of transactions involve these cards, that's still a ton of customers and revenue, especially when you're the world's largest retailer. By using a PIN number, debit Mastercard customers forego "zero-liability" protection for fradulent use (yes, it is possible to skim debit cards and record PIN numbers), lose any cash rewards offered for "credit" transactions, and may be charged a fee by their bank for a PIN transaction. If they don't want to use the card at the register, cardholders must use the store ATM and pay the fees imposed by the ATM owner and the customer's bank. In other words, Wal-Mart has indirectly passed the cost of the transaction on to the consumer (though they claim their prices will be lower thanks to their decision) and is pocketing the profit.
In fact, accepting not accepting debit Mastercard doesn't make business sense. Besides angering customers and losing sales, they are still accepting Visa's check card, which carries about the same processing fees as a Mastercard (it makes some wonder if Visa and Wal-Mart aren't collaborating to increase Visa's customer share--it is possible that Wal-Mart was paid to make this decision). Why accept one debit card and not another at the same rate, as is the case with most merchants (Mastercard and Visa are offered as a package deal)? Also, if customers use checks instead of a debit Mastercard, then Wal-Mart runs the risk of receiving a bad check, which costs money to collect.
Obviously, this policy hurts consumers and it also hurts the company, which the cost-cutting executives fail to see. Wal-Mart will learn that being first isn't necessary the best. Many online complaint letters are already circulating, showing that customers are reacting. Wal-Mart needs to drop this policy as soon as possible by trying harder to negotiate with Mastercard and by not playing favorites with Visa.
12. Stop Centrelink Creating Debt For Australian Families
Thousands of Australian families are being put into debt because they are unable to predict their taxable income a year in advance. Family Tax Benefits and Child Care Benefits are calculated on predictions of taxable income. Pay rises, working overtime or going back to work early after leave are not taken into account and often lead to debts in the THOUSANDS of dollars for already struggling families.
Income should be assessed on weekly earnings and updated quarterly so payments can be adjusted and debts not accrued.
Families should not have to pay back Benefits received when their salary was lower or they were not earning any money at all.
Do you know that the government can take your tax refund check to recover these "debts" without your prior knowledge or consent? This should NOT be allowed to happen.
Take this case study ( my own experience ). A mother takes the whole tax year off on maternity leave and makes a low estimate of income as she does not expect to go back to work until the following tax year. Ten months later money is very tight and work asks her to come back part-time. She agrees and notifies Centrelink immediately. Centr elink stops payments (Fair enough). Two months later she does her taxes. Her tax check is taken because she "owes" over $2500 in Family Tax Benefits overpayments because she earned more than her original estimate.
After ten months of struggling financially how is this affordable?
Why should we have to pay back Benefits received when we really needed them because our circumstances have changed?
How can we expected to plan our lives a year in advance and why should we be penalised for saving them money by going back to work?
Thousands of honest Australians are in debt because THE SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK.
