For the last two plus years the front gate at Lake Gloria Preserve has been broken with no effort to be repaired.
We pay money to live in a gated community which research shows provides a higher level of security.
We have been paying for services that have not been rendered for well over two years and is about time for us to stand up as a community and demand that our front gates be fixed once and for all by the end of February 2006.
The management company, Community Management Professionals has assured us that the gate will be fixed. The assurance has been going on for over two years.
They have also misrepresented the facts about our gate "having teeth" on their web site. www.lakegloria.com/safety/security
We, the residents of Lake Gloria Preserve, pay money to live in a gated community in order to provide a higher level of security for our homes, our cars and especially our familes.
We want the gate fixed by the end of Febuary 2006. If the gate is not fixed, we as community, will file a class action law suit against Community Mgmt. for Lake Gloria.
By signing this petition we agree that this major error on the part of Community Mgmt. needs to be addressed and fixed by the end of Febuary 2006.
