Background (Preamble):
There is ample evidence that Hon. Kibaki did not win in the elections held on 27.12.2007 thence has neither legal nor civil rights to become President of Kenya.
Petition:
I join other commonwealth signatories to call upon the UN to force Kibaki to step down to give a chance for fair voting for the President of Kenya.
