Background (Preamble):
We are establishing the safety of the 200 Block of West 24th Street in relation to dogs that reside on the block. There has been constant harassment and threats to pet owners on our block.
The SPCA tours our block numerous times a week in reaction to the constant complaints by a specific resident on the block and we would like to re-establish our credibility and respond to the unfounded claims.

I am in no danger due to the dogs on the 200 block of West 24th Street. I have not felt threatened by any dog on my block, nor have I been threatened by any pet owners that live in my block.
