I know that by talking to others that there are several people in the neighborhood that would rather not have a homeowner's association in the Aspen Heights subdivision.
I particularly do not like the fact that one of the HOA's goals is to save up enough money to sue our neighbors. I believe there are better ways to treat others than to threaten them with lawsuits. If we can get 67% of Aspen Heights homeowners to sign a petition, we can disband the HOA.
If this is something you would like, please sign and forward this petition to other Aspen Heights homeowners. I do not have the email addresses of all of our neighbors, so if you believe in this, please help me collect signatures by forwarding this petition.
We, the undersigned, call on the Aspen Heights Association to disband and dissolve effective immediately.
