Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 does not prohibit social network casinos from accepting online payments for "virtual money", yet these sites continually take payments and tighten the games worse than actual casinos. They have horrible customer service, if any.

We the undersigned, Call on the United States House and Senate to close the Loophole in Title VIII of the Security and Accountability For Every Port Act of 2006 or better know as The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, that allows online casinos from selling "virtual coins'.

Casinos like Caesars Entertainment Corporation have taken advantage of this loophole by creating social media casinos and charging people what they call "virtual goods". In the meantime, they have NO customer service, in which to connect to people and their complaints. People are expecting to have an entertaining experience, yet they are being robbed blind of their hard earned money.

Social Media has grown incredibly since this act was passed in 2006. This law needs to be amended to keep up with more recent technology. Also, the terms of service, which states that you are purchasing "virtual money, is not required to view before making purchases.
