Mayor must keep transparently his promise to improve WEZ air quality

An expert report shows that air quality was improved in 2011 in the area formerly covered by the WEZ and nearby except in King's Road:

We, the undersigned, commend the Mayor for his promise to improve air quality in the area formerly covered by the western extension of the congestion charging zone.
This task cannot be accomplished without continuous monitoring of dangerous airborne particles (PM10) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2).
We call upon the Mayor to ensure that this monitoring is maintained at the three current locations namely Brompton Road, Cromwell Road and Kings Road.
