Change Victoria's overly harsh road laws

We, the undersigned, demand that the Victorian State Government change the road laws in Victoria from a 3 km/h tolerance to a 10% tolerance (meaning you can do 55 km/h in a 50 km/h zone, 77 km/h in a 70 zone, 110 km/h in a 100 km/h zone, etc.) before you will get fined.
