More and more people everyday use cell phones. There is nothing wrong with cell phones and because of our expanding technology they have become more common.
Petition:
Cell phone use while driving should be illegal because people are not concentrating on what they should like the road, other cars, pedestrians, etc. The roads are dangerous enough with drunk drivers, road rage, and the drivers that just can't drive. You should have to pull over if you want to talk on the phone, not while you drive.
