Hundreds to thousands of unsuspecting youth being "framed" and/or Entrapped re: drug deals. Carmel Drug Task Force is setting up young adults/teens with no priors, making sure they are dumb enough to carry (even 1 pill) under the assumption they are helping a friend who badgers them via telephone (even when they say NO repeatedly) until they agree. The accused carries a pill/drug/joint/other to the "friend" who is wired & taped.

The Task Force has their "friend/acquaintance" who really was the person making a deal to get a lesser charge, ask them to deliver the pill/pills/marijuana, etc..a min of 2 times so the Task Force can not be accused of Entrapment. This way the unsuspecting youth will have what is classified as a pre-disposition to "drug dealing" having been dumb enough to deliver something as a "favor" more than 1 time. Entrapment clearly states an Officer may not target anyone w/o prior drug offenses, yet they are doing it repeatedly. Rights are not being read, slander by police officers yelling out the window that they captured a drug dealer are being committed. There are tapes to back up these allegations.

Said students residences are searched, & no narcotics are present (in the cases in which we seek investigating). No drugs are found that wd support a "dealer" charge. Why? Because MOST of the "kids" set up are not drug addicts, nor are they dealers. They are naive & made a poor choice based on being literally "begged" to carry out said offense at the coaching of the Task Force. These "kids" are now felons, with single, double, triple & quadruple Felony Convictions. Does the State of Indiana want to pay welfare to people for making a naive & poor choice while in college? Even our President admits to Cocaine use, does he carry such a record? These "Felons" may not be able to get a job based on being a convicted offender even with a College degree.

Having no Felony Priors & leading an upstanding life should be recognized. We hope to have these convictions expunged on a case by case basis.

We, the undersigned, call on the people of Indiana, to sign this petition to initiate an investigation re: methods/procedures used by the Carmel Drug Task Force re: possible entrapment of unsuspecting High School & College youth resulting in Multiple Felony Convictions.

We hope for the convictions to be expunged based on a case by case review.
