Cancer is something that affects almost every person in the world in one way or another, whether it be somebody you know or have heard of who has contracted the illness.
It is not a matter for jokes or any form of humour.
People who are in these positions have enough to deal with without other people trying to make jokes out of such a horrid and potentially fatal situation.
We call on every person with even a slight ounce of decency to sign this petition and request that Facebook take this page down immediately as it is offensive and has already no doubt caused pain to many people.
