I wrote to the Diotoir team and asked if they will be in the new Robot Wars. They said that they had applied but never heard back. Diotoir is one of the most iconic robots from Robot Wars and this is clear because it appears in so many of the promo shots of Robot Wars.
The guys clearly have Diotoir back running or they would not have applied and it is a disgrace that they should be ignored.
Maybe it is because there is already 2 Irish presenters and and the chief Judge is Irish that they don't want an Irish robot?
Whatever the reason, lets demand that the crazy Irish robot gets a chance to appear on our screens.
