Petition Background (Preamble):
We are opposed to the above proposed restrictions for the main fact that 90% of the children attending Clore Tikva school come from outside the catchment area of the school, and by implementing these restrictions the problem of parking will only be moved to the area immediatley beyond Mossford Lane.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, are strongly opposed to the proposed parking restrictions re plans 2006/H/94, 2006/H/174.
Whilst we agree that parking is a problem, Clore Tikva school is not a local catchment school and has children attending from all over the south essex area. No consideration has been made for this fact.
