Background (Preamble):
This petition is directed at any person who after hearing the petition's goals and objectives, wishes to support our cause. This petition aims to stop the mandatory 7.5 percent gross deduction from a Georgia (hourly rate state employee) and change it over to a voluntary plan.
Petition:
I have read the information provided to me by Richard J. Connors, Concerning the state of Georgia's defined contribution mandatory retirement plan, and I agree it is totaly unjust. I have signed this petition because I believe it should be a volunteer program and should not be a stipulation of being hired as an hourly state worker.
