Development of 3 Two-Storey Dwellings on the land Fronting 53 Flower Street.
Petition:
A planning application has been made for 3 two-storey dwellings to be built on the old cole yard fronting 53 Flower street. We believe that the proposed site is unsuitable due to poor road access and the drainage system in the area is under constant repair. The new development would increase the drainage problems further.
