The state of Hunslet Cemetery has been called into question due to a series of events including vandalism and the basic general lack of upkeep and maintenance on the councils behalf.
This level of neglect is no longer acceptable to the community of Hunslet and it with this in mind that we request these changes.
We the undersigned call on the Leeds City Council to actively pursue a course of action which will promote general maintenance and upkeep to the Hunslet Cemetery and replace the old deteriorating bushes with new high boundary walls that will help keep the Cemetery look and feel more secure.
