I believe that the Punisher should be a playable character in MUA3.
Because he was one of the most requested characters for Marvel: Ultimate Alliance and more recently Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2.
He has had one of the largest and vocal fan bases of any character that hasn't appeared in MUA or MUA2.
And finally he could be a good alternative for people who don't want to use Deadpool.
It's just a real shame that the Punisher hasn't been in either of these games yet because we’ve had other big Marvel characters like Captain America, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Wolverine, The Hulk, Thor, Avengers, Fantastic 4, X-Men, etc,
But after two games were still waiting to see the Punisher.
So we the undersigned will sign this petition in hope of getting The Punisher in MUA3.
