This is an opportunity for fans of Rockstar Games and GTA V to thank the development company for considering the needs, wants, and ideas of the fans, whether directly or residually.
As of the November 2012 previews, GTA V was not intended to have property purchases as a feature, nor would it include character customizations. The inclusion of car and weapon modding also seemed to be out of the picture at this time.
Much to our, the fans, dismay, GTA V was recently delayed from a Spring 2013 release to September 17, 2013. This delay was met with a considerable amount of backlash and animosity throughout the community. However, the May 2, 2013 previews for the game revealed that Rockstar had gone back on their word that the aforementioned features would remain absent from the game. The game had clearly been delayed to include the features that the fans so desperately wanted in the next GTA title. Other features that have uncanny similarities to fan made wish lists and concepts were also revealed to be a big part of the game. Rockstar games clearly desires to create the game that the fans want and deserve and this has never been more apparent than now.
We, as a fan base, thank Rockstar games for reminding the industry of what sets them above and beyond all other development companies. During a time of games with one year life cycles and cookie cutter sequels, Rockstar games continues to do what they do best, taking their time to ensure their products maintain an insurmountable amount of detail and character, through the eyes of a distinguishing narrative that can only be told by Rockstar.

2. Make a Lego Scooby Doo video-game! 
Lego games are great fun, and who doesn't love Scooby Doo?
3. Nicktoons Racing on Xbox 360 (as a Xbox Live Arcade Game)
When I first picked up a really cool racing, I thought that this was the best racing game that I would always play it on the PC and Playstation. Its name was Nicktoons Racing.
It is a crossover racing game (if some of you don't know what it is) which you play as your favorite Nicktoons characters. It was relleased on Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advanced, Playstation, PC, and Arcade. I would play it all the time that I would always play as the Angry Beavers.
But what if this game made it to the Xbox 360 both in High Definition and with Xbox 360 exclusives that you won't find on other consoles. I think that this should happen because I think it would be a lot better to play it without having it so blurry and on the big screen.
4. Allow development of future Star Wars video games
Future Star Wars video games, Star Wars: First Assault and Star Wars 1313, have already been leaked and administered to the public by LucasArts and a majority of hardcore and casual gamers have been looking forward to these games ever since the trailers had been released.
Now Disney have shut them down it is not fair for them to have a CANCELLED final game(s), and its not fair on the public who have been so patiently waiting for these games to be released. It does not seem morally right for any company (ESPECIALLY Disney) to do something like this. You never leave a job half done! A Lucasarts representative has this to say:
“After evaluating our position in the games market, we’ve decided to shift LucasArts from an internal development to a licensing model, minimizing the company’s risk while achieving a broader portfolio of quality Star Wars games. As a result of this change, we’ve had layoffs across the organization. We are incredibly appreciative and proud of the talented teams who have been developing our new titles.”
There has been a lack of PC support from all the WWE SVR games ever made. From SVR 2005 to the all-new WWE 13, they have never made a PC game. Now, With 2K's New Beginning, that should change.
6. Support Xbox live Subscrition types
Xbox live Silver was not enough , we need a cheaper subscription for multiplayer.
7. Vans Warped Tour Perth 2013!
This year it was announced that Vans Warped Tour would be returning to Australia and will not be coming to Perth. As we get Soundwave and completely sell out tickets for Perth Soundwave I see no reason for us to miss out on another popular festival with similar music.
"Soundwave boss AJ Maddah will team up with Warped founder Kevin Lyman to bring the festival back to Australia and has confirmed that the tour will travel to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and a couple of regional centers on the east coast. Perth will not be on the schedule."( - http://www.fasterlouder.com.au ) This is ridiculous. As the manager of Soundwave he should see Perth as a potential market and we need to show him we want the festival as much as the festival wants us.
The festival came to Australia for the first time in 1998 and never came to Perth either. Its time for a change! Grab your keyboards and lets show the Perth music scene isn't as weak as they perceive.
We all hear rumors about gta V at Wii U but Rockstar North hasn't confirmed it.
Wii U is a console that need good titles from 3rd party developers and gta is what wii U needs.
I think that gta V in wii U wiil be perfect with the goood graphics and the use of the tablet.
9. Bring Back The Classics for Gamers
Speaking to a lot friends and after the the release of splatter house. We thought wouldn't it be great to have some of the older games re-vamped and brought back. Games such as:
Toe jam and earl
Road rash
Earthworm jim
Bugsy the bob car plus many more
10. Battle For Middle Earth II and Rise of the Witch-King for mac
We Mac users and former PC user have missed these two Lord of the Rings games, Battle of middle Earth II and Rise of the Witch King.
These two have been great games for Lord of the Rings fans and should be included in the mac.
11. Boycott the Sochi Olympics 2014 and stop Magnitsky list members profiting from this event
Our boy got serious injury in car accident close to Sochi, Russia. Drunk driver Prikhodko called his friend policeman Panarin and he falsificated all the case, lokal judges did not punish driver. Insted Panarin became a head of local Road Police and Sochi is gone to become a capital of Olympic Winter Games 2014.
So finally we knew that all these bandits are supported by Mr.Grin, vice Prokuror of Russia who is on the Magnitsky list. And many other members of list invest in the Sochi olimpiade. So this sport event is unsafe for international sportsmen and visitors, controlled by mafia and should be cancelled!
This petition will grant OTAKU CITIZENS the right to MARRIAGE with a 2D CHARACTER (from anime, manga, video games, etc.). The Otaku community must unite to bring about change to this great country, and make it even greater. Our plight is akin to that of gays; a forbidden yet deeply tantalizing relationship with a taboo race...
A fellow Otaku in Japan tried to create a petition over there for the same reasons, yet did not get enough signatures. I aim not only to get enough signatures to make 2D marriage legal here in the U.S.A. but also GLOBALLY.

13. We need zombies in COD: declassified
As you gamer friend already know, the game for the ps vita Call of duty : declassified its already out and the critics are not good, for some reason we got the game, maybe you had faith in it, maybe it was a gift, whatever the cause now its in your hands, the reason of this petition its to ask treyarch to give us a DLC ( maybe free maybe not) for zombies, we know we have "hostiles" mode but its not the same and this its a BLACK OPS game and that means it need zombies mode.
14. PopCap Games - Bring Back the Classic Solitaire Blitz Game!
Fans of the online Facebook game "Solitaire Blitz" have been supporting this game since its inception. And now the creators of the game, PopCap Games, have revised the format for cash profit.
The faithful fans want the old version brought back without the requirement for money or the adding of friends in order to continue.
15. Stop the Online Pass Rip-off for Gaming
Ever since 2010 gaming companies have been using online codes to rip off the people. Used games have been classified as useless if 5 dollars less than new and has no online code.
16. A Remake of Resident evil Zero, Resident evil 1,2,and 3 for the PS3 and xbox 360
resident evil 0,1,2,and 3 remakes should be ported over to the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. with better superficial graphical enhancements.
17. Bring Back BarbieGirls Virtual World!
Okay, i know a lot of people out there loved that awesome online game, named BarbieGirls.... I know a lot of people also loved girlsense.... we need to bring back BarbieGirls, that was one of the best online games that i loved!
So let's all help to bring it back ! I under stand you guys shut down for serious reasons, but that game could be brought back, with a little help.... SO LET'S BRING IT BACK!!
18. Dark Cloud 1 and 2 (Dark Chronicle) for download on PSN
With PS2 classics being put up for sale on the PSN, I don't see why these classic titles can't be up for sale as well on the PS3.
Alternatively, Level-5 could release a High Definition Collection of both games on disc. (An High Definition Collection is when a game company remasters games in High Definition quality and re-releases them on one disc, usually for a successor to the console the game was originally released on. e.g. PS3).
19. Stop the faults at EA Games
Sims 3 has a lot of errors. It will often throw you out or freeze in the middle of the game. This could be because of the fact that EA Games rushed the people that tested the games so that they could get them on the market quicker.
However, I feel that it would have been better for them to wait and have the games tested properly because then these errors would have been picked up before the games were released.
There is nothing more annoying than the game freezing or throwing you out when you had been enjoying it so much that you had forgotten to save it.
20. Make More Cartoon Network Wii Games!
Some of us enjoy Punch Time Explosion, but wouldn't you like more Cartoon Network Games for the Wii and other consoles? For example, what if they were to make a Halloween game that takes place in a haunted mansion? (Yeah, sounds like another Luigi's Mansion). Better yet, what if they were to make it a T rated game?
If you're still a fan of the old cartoon network and you want video games like that. Sign and help reach 10,000 or 100,000. You with me?
21. Stop modding and hacking now
People have been modding and hacking since video games first came out.
For example
People who mod games can kick/ban you from the game, or even spawn kill you, which is stressful. Modders in Grand Theft Auto 4 can trap you by spawning stuff around you such as skating ramps. Or they can start you on fire or even made you explode. Every time I join a game all these this always happen to me and non-modders.
Modding the Saints Row 3 game would keep interest on the game for a longer period and could create more prospective buyers.
I have bought games long after their shelf life because of the availability of a more comprehensive modding tool.
23. Far Cry 1 remake
This is great game, but it's old, it would be great if Ubisoft remake this game with great graphics :)
24. Orlando Magic Spanish Radio Commentator
For close to a decade the Orlando Magic basketball team has had a Spanish radio game "color commentator" working with play-by-play announcer Joey Colon.
To our (the Hispanic fans and listeners) surprise and for no apparent reason this year the Spanish radio game "color commentator" position was eliminated. The position of "color commentator" has been filled by ex-NBA player Ramon Rivas for the last seven years.
This change only affected the Spanish radio games, as the English radio announcer Dennis Neumann and game "color commentator" Rich Adubato continue to work the games.
This action of the Orlando Magic Management is unfair and disrespectful towards us, Central Florida's Hispanic community and loyal fans of the Orlando Magic.
25. Boycott EA
EA are supporting the bill that will ruin the internet. We must stop it.
The first step is to stop buying EA products the second is to keep protesting and sending them emails/ tweeting them or facebooking them.
26. Remove Silencing Feature off Neopets.com
Neopets.com replaced suspending users with a feature in which they silence you for a certain amount of time. 24 hours all the way up to 100+ hours. This feature while intended to benefit their effort to keep communication to a family friendly style, has backfired and is silencing countless loyal users for frivolous reasons.
We want Neopets.com, the TNT Staff and Viacom to remove this suspension program because we feel it is abusing the users of the site. Some users like myself have been members for over ten years and were the victims of this undeserving punishment by having our accounts either wrongfully temporarily silenced or permanently silenced. We feel that this is a ploy to increase or "pump" their user numbers up to increase their advertising and successfulness of the sites user base by making users not use one account but remain active on more than one account. One as their silenced main and the other as their communication account.
We came to neopets years ago as children and now we're the victims of a malicious suspension program that is used in an effort to keep the site accessible to children. We want this site to be appropriate for all ages, profit and remain open so we can enjoy it. But we cannot allow this procedure to continue in which you silence us. It infringes against our freedoms in more than one country of speech.
27. Petition against Bill S.978
The bill states that you will not be allowed to stream or post any music or video game play on the Internet. That includes Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and any other major websites. There are many people who's jobs involve posting videos on YouTube. These people who work for gaming companies like Machinima.
If this bill were to pass, many people can lose their jobs. Another example is how some people can become famous by posting themselves on YouTube and singing songs. Many people may dislike Justin Beiber, but he still became famous and signed to a record deal by posting himself on YouTube singing songs by other artists.
My petition is to have the game Eternal Sonata (alternate name: Trusty Bell) to be released as a PC game. I would recommend this because there are many people who either cannot afford a PS3 or Xbox 360 but instead have a computer.
I would like Namco Bandai to please create the Eternal Sonata video for PC. If possible Namco can create an online version for free, that includes all the game events from both the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions.

What is a Puppy Mill?
A puppy mill is a large-scale commercial dog breeding operation where profit is given priority over the well-being of the dogs. Unlike responsible breeders, who place the utmost importance on producing the healthiest puppies possible, breeding at puppy mills is performed without consideration of genetic quality. This results in generations of dogs with unchecked hereditary defects.
Puppy mill puppies are typically sold to pet shops—usually through a broker, or middleman—and marketed as young as eight weeks of age. The lineage records of puppy mill dogs are often falsified.
How Are Animals Treated in Puppy Mills?
Puppy mills usually house dogs in overcrowded and unsanitary conditions, without adequate veterinary care, food, water and socialization. Puppy mill dogs do not get to experience treats, toys, exercise or basic grooming. To minimize waste clean-up, dogs are often kept in cages with wire flooring that injures their paws and legs—and it is not unusual for cages to be stacked up in columns. Breeder dogs at mills might spend their entire lives outdoors, exposed to the elements—or crammed inside filthy structures where they never get the chance to feel the sun or a gust of fresh air on their faces.

30. EUC bill against old-version blockings
This aims to get 1.000.000 EU citizens to sign a petition to have the EUC - EU Commission - make a Bill that demands for old versions, to be used on new versions, technology from the same company or carrying the same business name.
In expression, most users in the modern day world, have experienced, that things they bought not very long ago, are no longer functioning, either because it is an old version of a renewed item or because it cannot read the Data
