Background (Preamble):
There is evidence of irregularities in this year's Kenyan elections especially the presidential votes, which were altered to favor Kibaki as the new president and the decline to tally the ballot papers before the final results announced.

I call on the commonwealth to act on the irregularities in the ended elections carried out in Kenya.
