Category: Consumer Affairs
Region: Europe
Target: Warner Bros. Distributors Limited
Background (Preamble):
On very few case did Warner properly use Lossless audio codec on their Blu-ray Disc - they didn't consider DTS-HD Master Audio until recently (Watchmen, USA).
The worst comes for european countries who don't have a single Lossless audio format on their discs when several languages are present for multiple countries discs.
Why use a Blu-ray disc if you just have the same Dolby Digital sound as on DVD ?

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on Warner Bros. Distributors Limited to limit the number of different audio languages per disc to concentrate on better, lossless audio tracks.
Give us a product worth that use full capabilities of quality content that users are willing to pay for. Consider making a different disc per language, not one disc for the whole European territory.
