Background (Preamble):
Darwin has a newly created convention center which would be perfect for pop culture convention, It also has many citizens who like to watch/read anime or who are generally interested in popular culture.
We feel it is a great opportunity to expand on the cities cultural limits and its renown in the general area. It can be educational and teach many people about foriegn culture while bringing tourists from all over the country.

We're looking to begin a convention in Darwin, as we believe that with sufficient funds and community support we could have an extremely successful convention.
