1. One Voice, One goal, Our Dream: to Stop the Unjust Treatment and Deportation of Undocumented Workers

In Canada there are approximately 30,000 to 50,000 undocumented workers, many of whom are waiting for their application to be processed or who have been rejected. For those individuals seeking refuge a request for deportation means returning into an unsafe environment where they are at risk of harm, torture or death; the very reason why they fled. They are victims of human rights abusers and Canada should uphold their universal right to life, liberty, and security.

Up to 15,000 individuals in Ontario and 200,000 nationally have already been deported. For those that remain in Canada, the fear of deportation is constant, during which they are deprived of necessities such as medical access, safety, education, and decent wages for engaging in poor and unsafe work.

3. Save the child oncology nurses in Ipswich

Ipswich hospital is cutting hundreds of jobs throughout its hospital, some proposed cuts include a service provided by two highly qualified child oncology specialist nurses.

These nurses deal with all the children in Ipswich and surrounding areas who have some sort of cancer. More importantly they provide care for children who have a terminal cancer and provide care for them at home.

Ipswich hospital is proposing a cut to this service and these two nurse's jobs are on the line. This will have a huge impact on families allready in there care. It will also mean that children with terminal diseases will not be able to peacefully pass away in their own homes, hospital will replace that comfort.

These nurses are the only two in Ipswich who specifacally offer this service to children, we don't want a proposed cut to their positions, we want them to carry on providing the wonderful service that they do!

Please help these nurses to keep their jobs!

5. Golden Sun III

A petition to make Golden Sun III.

At the end of Golden Sun: The Lost Age, there is a sign saying The End. That should not be so. There are too many unanswered questions. Where is the Stone of Sages? What about Vale? These need to be known by us Golden Sun freaks who have lvl. 99 Isaacs and too much time on our hands.

We need to get Nintendo to make us another batch of awsome graphics, soundtrack, and gameplay that is Golden Sun.

7. Elder Abuse by "The System"

At present - "The System" is forcibly taking people who have made provisions for themselves into "custody". When this happens, the person becomes a "ward of the state", thereby losing ALL their assets, monies, property, home, and even RIGHTS ! This then means since the person is a ward of the state, that the state can collect Federal Grant monies for their care, assume their assets and dispose of that person where and how they please! Categorically, this is done, NOT always in the Best Interest of the person, but in the BEST FINANCIAL GAIN of the State and local municipalities.

The spirit of this petition is to ensure that if you create the above documents, Your Wishes will be Honored and You and Your Family will be treated and respected as you made provisions for and not allow the government the ability to "rubber stamp" you into "the system" as it is now doing. 8. Mrs. Boone Should Not Be Essex High School Girls Basketball Varsity Coach

The reason behind this petition is that some people feel that Mrs. Boone didn't go about the right way in selecting the players for the Varsity team. Two seniors who have played since 8th grade were cut from the team, one was given a bad explanation and the other person wasn't given one at all. She told a parent of a child who was cut that her child was not good enough as some other players to be on the team and that if she was on the team she would sit on the bench. What kind of thing is that to say to someone?

We feel that seniors should have some advantage when being picked for a team compared to 9th and 10th graders, who have the rest of high school to play varsity. Why should they come in and take senior spots when we can only play varsity not junior varsity and that this is our last year ever to play high school basketball again.

9. The Front Line Revolution - preserve and restore the culture of hip hop

This petition was designed to preserve and restore the culture of hip hop, which has been bastardized and virtually destroyed as we know it by money-hungry record companies and various music professionals. These individuals have marketed and promoted music to the masses of people who have been brainwashed to buy this low-quality music. A revolution has been created to bring hip hop back to the essence of its culture.
