This is an opportunity for fans of Rockstar Games and GTA V to thank the development company for considering the needs, wants, and ideas of the fans, whether directly or residually.
As of the November 2012 previews, GTA V was not intended to have property purchases as a feature, nor would it include character customizations. The inclusion of car and weapon modding also seemed to be out of the picture at this time.
Much to our, the fans, dismay, GTA V was recently delayed from a Spring 2013 release to September 17, 2013. This delay was met with a considerable amount of backlash and animosity throughout the community. However, the May 2, 2013 previews for the game revealed that Rockstar had gone back on their word that the aforementioned features would remain absent from the game. The game had clearly been delayed to include the features that the fans so desperately wanted in the next GTA title. Other features that have uncanny similarities to fan made wish lists and concepts were also revealed to be a big part of the game. Rockstar games clearly desires to create the game that the fans want and deserve and this has never been more apparent than now.
We, as a fan base, thank Rockstar games for reminding the industry of what sets them above and beyond all other development companies. During a time of games with one year life cycles and cookie cutter sequels, Rockstar games continues to do what they do best, taking their time to ensure their products maintain an insurmountable amount of detail and character, through the eyes of a distinguishing narrative that can only be told by Rockstar.

2. Pet theft in Australia - Tougher penalties to deter 
To introduce a Pet Theft Law.
We want stronger and tougher pet theft legislation to increase the punishment to those involved in the theft of a dog, cat, rabbit, reptile, ferret, bird or horse.
We want pets and horses to be legally regarded as living members of the family and not as objects or property.
We want to see pet theft punishment set somewhere between kidnapping and the theft of property or an object. The personal value of a pet is much higher than its saleable value and the law needs to reflect this.
We want a mandatory prison sentence punishment for anyone who steals pets with the purpose of extracting a ransom, or seeking reward for the safe return of those animals, or with the intention of harming it or with the intention of not returning it to its rightful owner.
We want police and courts to have tougher and stronger powers and to prioritise the theft of pets over the theft of objects.
3. Action Against Mobile Thefts in and around Andheri
Although I have mentioned the Andheri area where these thefts have repetitively taken place, this petition addresses and represents every individual in Mumbai who has been denied justice. I have come across numerous people who have lost their phones especially around "Marol", Andheri. This could be either in a bus, while driving or may be just walking around.
To add to the pain the Mumbai Police department shows minimal interest at even hearing these complaints and will insist on filing a "MISSING REPORT" even though it was a planned THEFT.
I will add my story to support this cause. I was driving via Marol towards Powai around 9pm on Thursday 18th Oct'12. I was driving alone with the AC on and my phone left to charge on my co-driver seat. Traffic in Mumbai is no surprise, however when it comes to Andheri you can imagine the trouble driving.
Amid the slow moving traffic, a random guy starts hitting the rear door towards my left with a stone. Concerned and baffled I lower my left power window. I then hear him shouting that I have driven over his foot. (He pretends to limp) Just then another Guy begins to distract me by banging on to my side of the door. Please note that these guys actually caused some minor dents in my car. The other guy succeeds in directing my attention towards him while my phone has been flicked in seconds. Cars behind me begin to honk forcing me to move ahead. Within seconds these men disappear as I concentrate on getting my car ahead under the pressure from the cars behind. It was not until I managed to be out of traffic (Say 20 minutes odd) I get time to ponder over what happened. Only to know that my phones missing and I was tricked.
The next day I try to lodge a complaint with the Police at Sahar Police Station. The officer talks about everything, right from why you should not own a car in Mumbai, buy cheap phones.... to even ridiculing me of TRAFFIC IN ANDHERI.....explains how over worked they are etc. and eventually says that lets not file a FIR, instead a "Missing Report". Astonished I exclaim that this was a theft, a well planned theft amid some heavy traffic. I insisted on a FIR and denied a missing report. To which the officers delayed making me wait for 4 long hours. I stay and work in Charni Road and could not wait longer. Later they said that now there is no one to file the complaint and you would need to wait further till the shift changes. I eventually lost patience and left. JUST LIKE MANY OTHERS.
However while I left I could see no empathy from any of the officers. For some strange reason I felt like they knew it all. While I mention this I have full respect for the work they do, and hence do not wish to be judgmental. But to file a FIR is my right, and why would that be denied? Are the protectors protecting the wrong guys?
I eventually filed an online complaint on the Mumbai Police site. I have still not received any update nor an acknowledgement. A friend of mine lost two phones in consecutive weeks in the same bus. He happened to have a similar experience at the Sahar police Station. This is when I felt that, this is it. It is OUR silence which allows such crimes and criminals to survive. Someone somewhere needs to raise a voice against injustice.
My humble request to support YOURSELF in this Cause. You may not be a victim today, but why wait for that day. I will be sending this petition to the Commissioner of Mumbai Police. Fingers Crossed.
4. Grand Theft Auto Trilogy HD
Grand Theft Auto was probably your favorite game at one point, as for millions of others. Hopefully this petition will catch the eye of Rockstar Games, and they may start a Grand Theft Auto Trilogy HD (For PC, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, ect.) so we can re-live these amaizing games.
5. Jail Woman Who Stole From Dying Girl
Olivia Downie was a 7 year old girl from Aberdeenshire, Scotland. In January 2009, Olivia started complaining of severe backaches and tiredness, she looked very puffy and lethargic, she screamed in sheer agony for weeks and weeks.
We phoned NHS 24, paid numerous visits to the GP and outpatients department. Then we took Olivia to Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital. They diagnosed cancer within 24 hours and then went onto diagnose Neuroblastoma Stage 4. We were shocked and horrified to the core, devastated..... how could our sweet innocent child have cancer??!
Doctors started Olivia on chemotherapy straight away to shrink the main tumour on her left adrenal gland. The treatments had horrible side effects, such as losing her beautiful blonde hair, violent sickness, loss of appetite, made her tired, confused and angry and gave her gastrionomitus. After chemotherapy, they operated to remove the tumour, which was the size of a grapefruit. Olivia had more chemotherapy to try to rid the bone marrow disease, and then high dose chemo, the hardest of all chemotherapies. Olivia remained unconscious over her 5th birthday on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day 2009. It was heartbreaking and soul destroying to watch our precious little girl go through all of this.
Her dad and I just wanted to take her pain and suffering away, do anything to stop it, but there was nothing we could do, except be there for her. Olivia then had radiotherapy and was sent home for a short break.
Through months of research, we discovered Immunotherapy, a new trial drug available to stop Neuroblastoma in its tracks. The survival rate for Neuroblastoma stands at a terrifying 20%. Unfortunately, Olivia was not eligible for the UK trial. With the help of Olivia's consultant, our local MP and sheer persistence, we got the ok to take Olivia to Germany for Immunotherapy. The local community came together through different fundraising ideas and raised money to help send Olivia for 6 cycles of treatment. All seemed well, until scans performed at Olivia's 4th cycle discovered 2 new tumours. This was a huge setback for Olivia.
Olivia's disease was stubborn, and although the treatment in Germany clearly helped Olivia, it progressed in other areas of her body. We were running out of options and our last real hope for a cure lay in Sono Photo Dynamic Therapy. Olivia was accepted onto a course of treatment at a clinic in Mexico, that has years of experience of helping children with Neuroblastoma, including UK children, but they didn't have enough funds to cover the costs. Olivia's disease has been stubborn, and although the treatment in Germany clearly helped Olivia, it has progressed in other areas of her body. Olivia arrived safely in Mexico after a difficult flight. Treatment began as soon as possible. Sadly Olivia took a turn for the worse early on in treatment and was transferred to a hospital near by. Olivia was now dying and we had to bring her home. Olivia managed to get back to a hospital in Scotland where she passed away peacefully.
While everyone was frantically raising money for treatment to save this little girls life. One woman decided to steal from the cause. She collected hundreds of pounds from Fraserburgh and surrounding areas telling them that she was doing a sponsored walk for Olivia's appeal. She never handed the money over or paid it into Olivia's Appeal.
Olivia's family wanted to press charges, they wanted the money paid into Logans Fund (a charity that helped Olivia) and this woman to be sentenced for theft and fraud. So the case was to be taken up in court until without reason the case was dropped with no charges pressed. This woman hasn't even been given a warning, she has been allowed to walk free and enjoy this money she stole from a dying child.
We need as many people as possible to stand up against this and say we want her taken to court and charged. The courts are sending out a message that its okay to steal from charities as this woman has not been made an example of.
GTA has been in a global phenomenom for since 1997, it has featured locations based on New York City, Miami, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and San Francisco. Not to mention smaller locations such as Chinatown, New Jersey and London in 1969.
The time has come to inject some international flavour to the series by bringing it to the United Kingdom and more importantly Manchester.
7. Do Not Raise The Debt Ceiling - No More Red Ink
For over two years grassroots patriots from various parties, groups and walks of life have worked tirelessly to hold our government accountable for living by our Constitution, in a fiscally conservative manner and respect free market principles established by our founders.
The 2010 election was a reflection of those efforts. However, the actions and words coming out of the House and Senate Leadership and President’s Administration court disaster, not recovery. They should be ashamed. Monday, May 9th, three national tea party supporters will be in DC sending a warning to federal lawmakers that this abysmal handling of our finances, trampling on our God given and constitutional rights and abuse of our Constitution must stop.
The Debt Ceiling has been "raised" 74 times in the last 25 years. It has encouraged massive debt, not achieving fiscal responsibility. The legal borrowing cap of $14.3 Trillion Dollars is outrageous. Including unfunded liabilities our debt is about 10 times that. The "cuts" embraced during the "lame duck session" were a joke. It is your constitutional duty to "protect and defend" the American people from anyone trying to do harm to this country. You all took an oath to uphold the Constitution.
Now the harmful tactics are being perpetrated by the FED and the government itself because federal employees who work for us are not doing their job. The undersigned people believe if drastic fiscal budget remedies are not immediately enacted by Congress and signed by the President, financial Armageddon is on its way.
Vicious Mutilation of Family Cat
Our family pet cat was recently found dead and mutilated with many of his body parts missing.
The post-mortem that followed could not determine a cause of death since vital body and organ identifiers had been removed. However, the examination did prove that the mutilation was deliberate and that further, several parts were removed post mortem.
On notifying the authorities of this atrocity; we have been informed that the police cannot pursue any sort of investigation as a criminal offence has apparently not taken place under the jurisdiction Greater Manchester Police force. The explanation given for the lack of police intervention is that interference with our cat’s body occurred after his death.
The purpose of this petition therefore, is to close the gap in the law that relates to the act of purposeful mutilation and theft of body parts from the carcass of family pets regardless as to the original cause of death.
We understand that in certain areas such an act is found to be criminal and is thus covered by the Criminal Damage Act, 1971. Justification of this stance is given to the fact that; within the law a domestic animal is and should be viewed, as the absolute property of its owner.
Why can there not be a consistent course of action for animal cruelty offences, before and after death, pursued throughout every police force in England?
To be considered further is the proven link between the mutilation of animals by individuals and their tendency to progress onto further, more violent crimes. We believe that there has to be a deterrent within the law against this type of behaviour and to protect our communities.
Clearly, at this time, the law is not in our favour and as such, we would petition for action to be taken to enforce criminal damage suits against proven offenders and that moreover, the police are permitted to investigate such barbarous acts of crime against family pets and indeed all animals with a serious intent to prosecute offenders.
9. Support a Maryland Curfew for Children
Children under 18 are allowed to roam the streets at all hours of the night. This promotes gang membership, theft, drug use and homelessness.
A curfew should be set in place to protect both the child and the community. Anne Arundel county has had a lot of break ins and theft during early am hours that can be traced to teens under 18.
10. Have Fraudulent MP's Arrested
MP’s of the British Government have been accused of fraud with regards to their expenses claims. This includes Elliot Morley, David Chaytor, Ben Chapman, Bill Wiggin, Julie Kirkbride, Andrew MacKay, Fabian Hamilton, Alistair Darling, Anne Keen, Hazel Blears, Greg Barker, Jaqui Smith, Tony McNulty and Margaret Beckett.
Despite receiving hundreds of complaints, the Metropolitan Police have still not arrested these people. Any other person in the UK would have been arrested immediately.
11. Demand that the Toronto Transit Commission increase security at their subway parking lots!
While no official figures exist, many of the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) subway station parking lots used by commuters are unsafe and cars parked there during the day are often broken into, vandalized, or stolen. According to TTC personnel, off the record, a car is stolen from Finch station every day and 2 per week on average from Kipling.
On August 27th, 2008 the TTC approved a recommendation to discontinue the policy of allowing Metropass holders to park for free at TTC commuter parking lots. According to the TTC, the 14,000 parking spaces generate $2.7 million per year. However, with an operating budget of $6.3 million per year, the TTC loses money on its parking lots, as 80% of all parking spaces are occupied by Metropass users. 12. Stop blaming games for violence!!
Every time somebody commits a crime and they're found to have an aggressive game in their collection it straight away is down to the game.
THIS IS WRONG. The game is not to blame for the person's mental deficiencies.
13. Legislation Against Naked Short Selling "Counterfeiting"
Counterfeiting anything of monetary value in the United States is illegal. Yet shares of stocks involving hundreds or even thousands of companies are counterfeited on a daily basis without penalty. The governing body, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), states that counterfeiting stock shares (also called Naked Short Selling) is NOT necessarily against federal securities laws.
This problem is many times worse than the Enron or Worldcom disasters, with as many as 7,000 businesses bankrupted and tens or hundreds of thousands of American citizen's investments being destroyed.
We ask, why is this crime being allowed to continue?

In recent years an emergence of illegal mexicans have come to the streets of Brooklyn, NY and many other cities. These Mexicans cause many problems in the streets and take away jobs from citizens. Also they are related to many harassment of girls, auto-theft, house-theft, and many other illegal activities.
Identity Theft is the Number One Financial Crime in the United States according to the Federal Trade Commission. In 2003 the Federal Trade Commission reported an economic loss of over $50 Billion due to this crime.
In 2004 President Bush signed a bill into law creating mandatory minimums for criminals who commit this crime, but no law to date actually provides the ability to stop Identity Theft from occurring.
17. Create a Korora BMX track!
The youth in this area Korora are so bored and most of them love dirt BMX but a bike track they built (on resort property) was destroyed and now the kids are taking to drugs and theft. This petition is to save our kids, our future. By simply making the council build a dirt BMX track.
18. Give Kok Yong Quan heavier punishment
On Friday, 07 May 2004, the culprits of the multiple theft cases around the school were apprehended and caned in front of the school. It's called "public caning" for those who do not know.
However, the truth is that, only one of them committed the actual crime, called "theft", and made use of the other four. In the end, he dragged the other four down with them as they had a share in the thefts. The word "accomplice" is not suitable as they did not commit theft along with that person. His name is Kok Yong Quan (referred to as Kok hereafter). Basically, he shared the money he had stolen with the other four and told them to keep the handphones.
And on that day, the five of them got two strokes of the cane each. As we all know, the pain was not really there but the humiliation was.
We are all upset and enraged by the decision of whoever that allowed the other to receive the same amount of punishment as Kok, as he was the mastermind. Nah. We just feel and think that Kok should be given a harsher punishment and be identified as the mastermind behind the thefts. That way, the school will be impressed by how he managed to steal so many things yet disgusted by his actions.
Mrs Goh said that the five of them had felt remorseful and are willing to change. She also added that we should forgive and accept them. Fine. No problem with that. However, I would like to point that the fact that Kok is not a first time offender of thievery. The rest had been given a second chance because it's their first time committing this offence, but for a second time offender? I said second time, not second chance. If he had really felt remorseful the first time, would he do it the second time? And if he can do it the second time, why would he not do it a third time? Besides, he was also responsible for the vandalisms that happened in the sec 3 level, and we all got scolded by Mr Lim because of that.
This petition was not started by me, cpl Soh, alone, but by quite a few people. Danson, Yize, etc. Just take it that this petition is set up by no one. It is just meant to voice out the feelings of many people and what we want. If you are not one of those agree with this petition, then don't sign in. Nobody is forcing you to. I just want to let everybody know that all I did was to set up this petition. It does not matter who does. The petition is here because it is here. If you really think that this petition was here because someone wanted it to be here, there are dozen of signatures to prove you wrong. Any one of them could start this petition. The fact that they signed it proves that they agree with this petition.
To end off, we want Kok to fork out everything for the compensation, instead of all five of them . He stole everything, therefore he should pay for it.

20. Lack of Security at Mark Wrinkler Center
The United States Military makes up the majority of tentants living in apartments in the Mark Wrinkler Center. Over Half the tentants have had theft to private property or some sort of damage to their vehicle. Soldiers pay to much money each month to live in a area that doesn't have any type of security after the sun goes down.
21. Grand Theft Auto players say Give PS2 a GTA boost!
The Grand Theft Auto series has been one of the most successful series to date with the latest release of GTA3. The upcoming title, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City may be another excellent release that adds to the classic saga. However, anyone who has played any of the Grand Theft Auto games can tell you the two things that are missing: Liscensed Vehicle and weapon names, and multiplayer capabilites. It is not too late to request that Rockstar and their partners make these changes to the upcoming title before its debut. Rockstar is one of the most successful companies that make games today, with most of their releases being topsellers(ex. Grand Theft Auto 3, Max Payne, Midnight Club.) And yet, they have only decided to have liscensed vehicle names in the approaching title "The Getaway." (This was posted in the Game Informer Magazine. This is not mere hearsay.) All people who have played GTA3 at one time or another had a friend who wanted to play, and the person did not want to give up the controller. This is why I request that you sign this petition and quite possibly help Playstation 2 Internet make an earlier debut.
22. Grand Theft Auto should be Online
The grand theft auto series has been one of the most popular sagas to date. It has been an excellent experience. However, with the new title, GTA Vice City, I was informed it would not be online. That is what everyone is begging for. So we come here to request that rockstar either make the game online or create a GTA online.
If Rockstar decided to do this, it would help PS2 internet make an earlier debut. That would surely make the console the ALPHA system. That is all PS2 needs is a game like this, with the pleasures of multiplayer capabilities
