Today is a sad day for the city of Holland, Michigan, particularly for one resident who was trying to help out his family survive. That family-dedicated resident is none other than 13-year-old Nathan Duszynski.

The reason why this petition was made for him is because he and his family are in a shelter after being denied from selling hot dogs from a mobile stand. You see, Nathan was trying to help his family to survive in Holland, Michigan because his mother and father are disabled. He signed up for his own food cart to earn some money. But the moment he started to sell at a local sporting goods store, City Hall shut it down. Now they have two different homes to cope with the parents' different disabilities.

The point is they shut him down because he was not connected to any business, but it was still unfair for him and his family. So, this petition is a rallying cry for signers, not just from Holland, Michigan, but from the entire United States and the world as a whole, to support him in on of these ways:

a) Convince at least one of the brick and mortar businesses to train him for a job within their premises.

b) Start a Kickstarter fundraiser for Nathan Duszynski to help him train to be a businessman and run a great business.

c) Convince City Hall to let him sell his hot dogs in a store and even hire others in hot dogs carts to spread the goods.

If everyone helps out Nathan to earn money legally, we will be a better world of people for all to see.

With the NDAA's indefinite detainment without due process clause, (meaning legally, the Federal Government can arrest anyone for anything at any time secretly) It is time to recognize that Mississippians could lose their right to a fair trial.

With new bills being introduced to take away our first amendment rights, we should be worried about the consequences of disagreeing with any legal policies the government wants to implement.

If there is a suspected terrorist or protester, they should have the right to a fair trial by a jury of their peers to determine if their actions were illegal, and to determine the extent of punishment under law.

ME:

In many pqs in the game (especially GSPQ and bosses), i have disconnected many times and my computer says "there was an error with hackshield." I cant remember exactly at this very moment, but it was along the lines of that.

META4ICAL:

This DC issue is getting very problematic for higher levels with Windows 7 and Vista. I claim no expert knowledge in programming or patching but ever since HackShield was implemented, users with Win7/Vista have been having more and more issues with DCing at party boss runs. People have hence found methods to not DC - ie alt-tabbing, changing resolution before and after different phases of the particular boss, restarting the computer before the run - all very tedious things to do just to fight a single boss.

Then came the Evan patch which made things worse, and then with this last Dual Blade patch it is nearly impossible not to DC even while using the aforementioned methods. There are hundreds, if not thousands of maplers who are getting fed up with these issues. When people write tickets or try to raise this issue, your representatives say it is our computers and that nothing can be done on your end to fix these issues.

We maplers love and enjoy most of the new content you bring us with each patch but I strongly believe that I speak for the majority when I say that there comes a time when fixing the in-game glitches should be prioritised over new content and events. There have been false-autobans (especially around the Haunted House in Crimsonwood), DC hackings (spouse chat DC seems to be the new and most prevalent method at this time), lag issues, the recent meso dupling exploit in which innocent maplers were falsely put on "hell ban" and lost their hard earned mesos, and countless many more bugs and glitches.

Please let our words not fall on deaf ears. We simply want to enjoy this game without so many problems in the way of our daily mapling. There ARE serious issues with Win7/Vista users disconnecting at high level boss runs. These are not random cases of 1 or 2 maplers with low-grade computers. Most of us have specs that far exceed what is necessary to play a simple 2D game. Fix these issues please, Nexon.

I ask all of those who are experiencing these same difficulties to join me and let our voices be heard by the people at Nexon. These glitches are becoming intolerable and down-right annoying. Please fix them Nexon, and thank you beforehand.

PATRONIDGE:

In addition to my Zakum run efforts, I have also attended a Horntail run recently, with the original poster. The first preliminary head went smoothly; I changed quality twice, it died, and I progressed to the second preliminary head. Then, about fifteen seconds in, I was booted off the exact same way that I was disconnected off zak. Gone. Poof. Nada.

(Add no, I did not press alt + f4. Alt is my torpedo button which I rarely ever use, if at all, at bosses. Much less f4, although maybe it would be suitable after I disconnected.)

In addition to these disconnecting issues, I have been lagging every fifteen seconds as soon as I attack, as many forum users have also mentioned. For most, this is hardly an issue- a one second lag out of 15 when training giving less-than-optimal exp, or entering the PIC code incorrectly. However, the aforementioned issues the least of my problems. Ever since the Dual Blade patch (although people have experienced it as early as the release of the Evan patch), I have been unable to even use my Rapid Fire skill. I know I am not alone - I know several bowmasters who not only have stopped training due to this, but gave up bossing altogether. Normally, this is not too bad for a corsair, but this fifteen second lag does not only apply when I use rapid fire, but battleship cannon as well.

So, what am I getting at? I have already mentioned two rather insignificant problems that this lag created, but there is more.

Enter the Parlor, where happy gangsters and of course, Anego reside. And now, introducing your anego fanatic, me.

Normally at anego, I would pin her to the wall on the left easily by means of rapid firing; a quick and simple process. As of the late, the moment I use rapid fire, I'm unable to move. So I attempt at the obvious solution:pinning with battleship cannon. This is where the problem begins. Yes, I can pin her. However, every 15 seconds, I lag, causing anego to suddenly rush up to me. For night lords, due to the faster casting time of triple throw compared to battleship cannon, this is bearable. Even for me, most of the time, say a good 60%, I can hit her again before the lag ends, thus avoiding getting hit with her magic attacks. The other 40% of the time, I will get hit with a nasty 5.3k magic attack. I consider myself lucky that I can tank a 5k hit now (excellently timed ap reset giveaway, Nexon), but forget not that anego also hosts her (in)famous nasty 18k slap. Guess who's been on the receiving line of that slap six times now? Me. At 162, 10% is an excruciatingly large amount of exp about 25m. I don't even want to think about how slow it will be later, but at the moment, each death is 10%. If these deaths weren't bad enough, each anego consumes a large amount of pots; much, much more than before, to the point that I'm spending about six times as many pots per anego (I use ginger ales, which heal hp and mp simultaneously). I have leveled from 125 - 162 completely off from this boss (aside from 2 levels), and it is a shame that I can barely even /train/ anymore because of this glitch.

To the unfortunate bowmasters who can't even use hurricane... I can only say that I sympathize completely for you.

Nexon, please fix these issues. Although it is generally the higher leveled community that suffers from these two issues (which means much less people), these issues are unavoidable. Someday, that level 32 fighter might become a 135 hero, only to find out he can't survive zakum, just because he disconnects. Or the 118 ranger who's motivation to level is hurricane, only to realize he can barely use it.

After the election and the eruption of widespread anti-government protests, through intimidation and false promises, Iranian student Hamed Rouhinejad was forced to plead guilty in a show trials which resulted in issuing a death penalty by branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court. According to his father, Rouhinejad was initially charged with spreading propaganda against the Islamic Republic. At his trial, he was accused of membership in the Association of Iran's Monarchy.

Rouhinejad has denied the charges. On Jan 2010 the death sentence of Hamed was reduced to 10 years of suspended imprisonment by the supreme court.

Hamed suffers from multiple sclerosis, and is in critical condition in Zanjan prison, northwestern Iran, where he is being held in solitary confinement. He has been denied visits and phone calls.

On Oct 19 2010 his father in an interview with radio farda said I visited Hamed 3 weeks ago on that occasion "He was in very poor health, physically and mentally."

He added that physicians at Evin prison and Imam Khomeini hospital have said that Hamed should be released from jail for at least three months for medical treatment, but neither the judge, nor the prosecutor agreed to that.

When he was transferred from Tehran to Zanjan, Hamed’s health deteriorated considerably due to lack of medical care. He is now at serious risk of dementia and death.

His Father added : I ask from all internal and international organizations, the Secretary-General of the UN, and Doctors without Borders to please examine my son’s situation. If they conclude that my son can endure being in prison under these conditions, there will be no objection. But anyone who sees Hamed just for a few minutes knows that he will not survive these conditions. I don’t believe my child will survive another month.

The barbaric human rights violations carried out by the Iranian regime cannot be allowed to continue.

Still in the early stages, a theory of Dr. Zamboni's, if proven and accepted by the medical community, may provide new life to millions of MS patients around the world. A report on W5, on CTV in Canada, reports that Dr. Zamboni has relieved the symptoms of some MS patients by treating a vein condition found in the neck and upper chest.

Dr. Zamboni's Liberation Treatment: Dr. Zamboni reported in the interview that he has found that some patients' veins that transport blood from the brain are twisted and blocked. This also may cause blood to flow backwards into the brain, depositing high levels of iron. Deposits of iron can be toxic in the brain and may set off a series of immune reactions leading to MS.

Chronic Cerebrospinal Venous Insufficiency (CCVI), as Dr. Zamboni has termed his findings, can be treated using "The Liberation Treatment." It involves a procedure similar to that used to repair coronary arteries in angioplasty.

Ms. Flynn has been teaching us art for about three years. She has been a part time teacher, filling in for Mrs. Sigmar, but was layed off in Fall, due to the new school year. Instead of Ms. Flynn, who has many information and knowledge about this topic Art, has been layed off for a teacher who knows nothing about Art. She's a history teacher for christ sake!

LETS UNBLOCK THE LIBERATION TREATMENT FROM CANADA AND LETS UNBLOCK VEINS!

Chronic cerebro-spinal venous insufficiency (CCSVI) is a hypothesized syndrome in which the flow of blood in the veins draining the central nervous system (CNS) is compromised.This syndrome was described in 2008 by Paolo Zamboni. It has been proposed to promote the development of multiple sclerosis.

This petition is targeted at bringing The Liberation Treatment to Canada, home to the highest rate of MS patients in the world! This treatment is not available in Canada, however there are many movements being made by hundreds of MS patients and their families to try to bring the treatment home. Many people have had to travel abroad to get the treatment, which is absurd.

There is no scientific reason to stop people from getting this treatment. Our government needs to help our people, and become more accountable to helping our people.How much proof is needed? Time is of the essence! This works!

Istraživanje koje je proveo prof. Paolo Zamboni vaskularni kirurg, sa Sveučilišta Ferrara u Italiji pokazalo je novo svjetlo na noćnu moru bolesti multiple skleroze(MS-a), desetljećima se vjerovalo da je MS autoimuna bolest, ali prof. Zamboni je dokazao važnu povezanos između MS-a i vaskularnog poremećaja. Testirano je stotine MS bolesnika i kod velike većine se pokazalo da imaju malformacije velikih vena vrata i trupa tj. kako je prof. Zamboni definirao CCSVI(kronično cerebrospinalna venska insuficijencija). Tretiranje CCSVI-a kod MS pacijenata ima izrazito blagotvorno djelovanje na tijek bolesti u smislu zaustavljanja napretka bolesti pa čak i na poboljšanje općeg stanja oboljelog.

Pomozimo jedni drugima da ovo veliko otkriće zaživi i na našim klinikama, te da pomogne preko 8000 oboljelih od MS-a u Hrvatskoj, te da žive normalnim životima. Trenutno, za terapiju oboljelih u Hrvatskoj se godišnje izdvajaju milijuni kuna. Takve terapije su djelotvorne u samo 30% slučajeva usporavanjem tijeka bolesti. I nisu lijek! Teorija prof. The Liberation Treatment by Dr P Zamboni.

Dr Zamboni who is a Vasuclar surgeon in Italy and his wife Elena who was diagnosed with MS in the late 90`s. He wanted to help her because the pain and fatigue levels were bad., He found the levels of Iron in the brains of people with MS. He then discovered that this was caused by bad blood flow around the head.
He scanned the main arteries sending blood into the area and that's when he seen the narrowing veins.

In the state of Mississippi, by law children with a learning disability, are to be given accommodations, and teachers who are trained to work with children.

Dyslexia in Starkville, MS has been a very hard to live with. I know children with dyslexia in starkville, and they do not have the correct accommodations they should be able to by law.

The Hilary Price Memorial Petition is aimed at catalysing a change in the law to enable seriously ill patients, who suffer from an otherwise untreatable condition, to receive medication which has yet to receive formal approval. Any such medication would be taken entirely at the patient’s own risk on an informed consent basis.

Hilary Price was a Multiple Sclerosis sufferer who desperately wanted to get better but gradually lost her fight in the long battle against MS, primarily because the right medication was not available in time to alleviate her problems. Eventually she suffered a massive stroke as a result of breathing complications caused by the MS and died a few days later. Our aim is to ensure that a patient’s health is no longer compromised in this fashion.

Proventus asks the government to implement a change in our laws to give the right to any sufferer when in a position of supreme disadvantage from their disorder/disease for that person to be able to make final full decisions regarding all available treatments and to accept total liability when so doing, instead of others making those decisions for them.
