1. We Stand With Arizona, and Against Illegal Immigration
Arizona is besieged by illegal immigration--more people and drugs cross illegally into the United States through Arizona than any other state. And Arizonans suffer the massive levels of crime that go with it. Drug and human smuggling, extortion, kidnapping and murders. And the Federal government has done NOTHING to stop it.
Arizonans have had enough. They decided to stop waiting for the Feds to do what the Constitution mandates--to protect its citizens from external threats. So they passed legislation to help stop the robberies, shootings, rapes, kidnapping, murders, and madness.
This isn't about racism, or xenophobia, or "apartheid" or any of the other hysterical slanders the left has come up. This is about the safety and well-being of the citizens of the state. And its support was overwhelming: 70% of Arizonans supported it. And support is Bi-Partisan, with 84% of Republicans and 51% of Democrats in favor.
But some have now come out and called for a boycott of Arizona. Incredibly, even one of its own U.S. Representatives--Rep. Raul Grijalva has joined this call for a boycott--of his own state!
2. '09 Bipartisan Financial Oversight Committee
The text of the petition you see directly below is exactly the same as the one supplied for signature at the bottom of this page. The only difference between them is that this background version provides links, as well as two footnotes, for anyone desiring more information.
To: Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid
We call your attention to these excerpts from a March 8, 2009, Washington Post article by Democratic Senator Byron Dorgan and Republican Senator John McCain:
"More than $9 trillion -- in taxpayer dollars -- has been pledged, committed, lent or spent by the federal government in response to the economic crisis. Some say that if the economy continues to deteriorate, trillions more might be necessary to prevent another Great Depression.
"Yet no one has investigated how this crisis happened. That is irresponsible. A comprehensive investigation is essential to prevent this from happening again."
We, the undersigned, fully agree with the above remarks made by Senators Dorgan and McCain, including their conclusion that, "The recovery and growth of our economy depend on the confidence of the American people. That will be restored only when we have investigated, analyzed and fixed the things that caused today's economic crisis." That is why we support the bipartisan legislation (alt)* they submitted on March 3rd, which is:
"A resolution establishing a select committee of the Senate to make a thorough and complete study and investigation of the facts and circumstances giving rise to the economic crisis facing the United States and to make recommendations to prevent a future recurrence of such a crisis."**
We therefore respectfully ask that you schedule this legislation to be debated and voted on at the earliest available opportunity. The sooner that this or a similar Bipartisan Financial Oversight Committee or Commission is created, the sooner that Congress and the Obama Administration will be able to forge a bipartisan consensus on the best economic policies for our country to pursue in the years ahead!

3. Solving the USA's National Debt & Financial Crisis
Daily we read about Presidential candidates position on health care coverage, tax breaks, rebuilding infrastructure and several issues.
Question to the American People: What are candidates, congress or the President doing to address how to pay for the financial rescue plan , national budget deficits, international and national defense?
Answer: America can rise out of the ashes by addressing the core issue that brought America to where we are today by acknowledging we must sustain our economy, our government programs - social security, defense, social services, infrastructure, education and health care, by adopting a 12% flat tax for individuals, no more allowance deductions and keeping business taxation regulation and laws intact.
4. Transparency: Sarah Palin, Todd Palin and Cindy McCain's Tax Returns
To date, Barack Obama and Joe Biden have released their tax returns for public analysis.
Although John McCain has released his, his wife Cindy has not yet released hers. During the 2004 Presidential campaign, Republicans clamored loudly for Theresa Heinz Kerry's tax returns, and she complied. It is time for Cindy McCain to do so as well.
With less than two months remaining until the elections, Sarah and Todd Palin must also release their tax returns immediately for the sake of transparency.
5. Stop the Alaska Troopergate Cover-Up!
STOP THE TROOPERGATE COVER-UP!
THE FACTS:
The Alaska Troopergate scandal is spiraling out of control and this story hasn't even begun to scratch the surface.
GOP operatives are scrambling desperately to stop the public from learning about the Nixon like abuse of power Sarah Palin used to Govern Alaska.
WE MUST STOP THE GOP CRIMINAL TACTICS ONCE AND FOR ALL.
They are creating a smoke screen by claiming that the media is somehow sexist or out to get Palin simply for wanting answers on these very serious charges that get right to the heart as to whether she is fit to be the Vice President.
Simply put we as Americans have a right to know answers. What are they hiding?
People For the Truth on Troopergate want to get at least 1 million signatures before the election demanding that Palin and her husband cooperate with the investigation and that GOP operatives stop stonewalling the investigation.
If you as an American are tired of these tactics please sign this petition letting the GOP cover-up machine know that WE THE PEOPLE will be heard and we say once and for all ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
Please pass this petition on after you sign it and with your help we will get this story the national attention it deserves and the information we as Americans are entitled to know before the election!
This is what our great country stands for! Let your voice be heard loud and clear!
Thanks for your support and God bless America!

6. Hold a televised debate on National Security between Senator McCain and Senator Obama
The United States faces a critical threat to our national security. That clear and present danger is from radical Islamists. The threat is both global and in the homeland, as evidenced by the attacks on the United States and its allies before and after 9/11.
We have won the war against Al Qaeda in Iraq. However, the West, and America in particular, face serious challenges from a nuclear armed Iran, Syria a state sponsor of terror, Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood, Hezbollah, the Taliban, and Al Qaeda in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
These threats are both far and near. Within America cells from each of these terrorist organizations and state sponsors of terrorism have been discovered. Others remain hidden and waiting. We are seeing a rise in Europe and America of "White Al Qaeda" and lone wolf terrorists radicalized using the Internet.
As the "hot wars" in Iraq and Afghanistan continue we have an Islamist "cold war" being conducted here in the United States. This takes the form of radical Imams in mosques funded by Saudi Arabia, the gradual introduction of Sharia law into our economic and social fiber, and foreign funding of terrorist organizations in America.
Both the "hot" and "cold" wars are being funded with petro-dollars. The spending of over $700 billion annually to purchase foreign oil is the largest transfer of wealth in the history of the United States. Some of that money is being used to kill our troops and fund the radical Islamic movement in America. A strong economy and energy independence are therefore, in large part, national security issues.
The threat requires public debate at all levels. Candidates for public office at local, state and national levels must be aware of the threats we face and provide a plan to address them directly. This debate should be both from the bottom up and the top down.
A nationally televised debate between the two Presidential Candidates is imperative to raise public awareness and educate us all on their visions of a clear strategy for victory.
Both Presidential candidates have said they will finish the job in Iraq and "surge" more American troops into Afghanistan. Whoever is elected will be war time president!
It is time for Senators Obama and McCain to tell us how they will win the war!
