The history of the present occupation of Haiti by the US/UN/MINUSTAH forces is a history of repeated injuries, kidnappings and murders. The presence of the US/UN/MINUSTAH forces in Haiti is all having to do with the establishment of absolute control over the country in order to plunder, slaughter, rape subjugate and rob Haitians of their wealth, freedom and human dignity.
The US/UN/MINUSTAH forces have kept in Haiti, in times of peace, a standing army of over 12,000 foreigners without the consent of the Haitian people.
The US/UN/MINUSTAH forces have maneuvered to render its military force independent of, and superior to Haiti’s civil power.
The US/UN/MINUSTAH forces have brought in large bodies of armed troops among the population and disseminated them throughout the country:
The US/UN/MINUSTAH forces have preempted Haiti’s Constitution, and declared themselves invested with power to legislate Haiti’s laws in all cases whatsoever (Ex. Their recent involvement in the voting fiasco).
The US/UN/MINUSTAH forces have declared and waged war against Haitians and by killing and maiming Haitians without due process (Ex. Raids on Citee Soleil, July 6, 2005 and again on December 22, 2006 among others).
The US/UN/MINUSTAH forces have plundered Haiti’s seas, ravaged its coasts, burnt its towns, introduced deadly epidemics, raped its women, sexually assaulted its young men, and destroyed the lives of the Haitian people.
The US/UN/MINUSTAH forces are at this time contracting with large groups of foreign mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation, and tyranny they had already begun, with more and more documented circumstances of brutality & betrayal.
In every stage of these oppressions Haitians have petitioned and protested for redress in the most humble terms, but each repeated petitions have been met and answered only by repeated injuries, mutilations and killings. Haitians have appealed to the US/UN/MINUSTAH forces chains of command for justice and fairness, and Haitians have pleaded with them to disavow these violent crimes being committed against the people, however, everyone in the chains of command have been deaf to the voices of the people pleading for justice and of fairness.
As a direct consequence of this Declaration, relying on the protection of the Haitian people, R.H.E.C.I.F.S. is hereby urging the US/UN/MINUSTAH forces operating illegally in Haiti to reconsider their involvement in the killings of Haitians and ask that they quickly find a solution for a timetable to complete their withdrawal from the country, with peace and honor.
This quirky science fiction comedy is a characteristic feature by iconoclastic director Tim Burton, known to moviegoers for Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, and The Nightmare Before Christmas.
The storyline affectionately harkens back to the deadpan sincerity of such '50s and '60s science-fiction films as The Day the Earth Stood Still and War of the Worlds. Flying saucers have been reliably seen over the capitals of the world, and the whole world awaits with bated breath to see what will transpire.
Among those waiting is the President of the United States (Jack Nicholson), who is assured by his science advisor (Pierce Brosnan) that the coming aliens are utterly peaceful. This advice is hotly contested by the military (led by Rod Steiger), who advices the President to annihilate them. When the aliens land, they are seen to be green, garish, and very cheerful. But appearances prove deceiving when the "friendly" aliens abruptly disintegrate the entire U.S. Congress. Hollywood notables appear in vast quantities in roles (and sub-plots) of all sizes in this zany feature, says moviefone.com where it also recieved a 100% 5star viewer score.
This Amazingly amusing movie made over $9mil when it opened in theaters in 1996. This is a petition to re-make "Mars Attacks!" with todays special effects. However as fans of the movie it is requested that all the original actors (Jack Nicholson, Glenn Close,Annette Bening,Pierce Brosnan,Danny DeVito,Sarah Jessica Parker, Michael J. Fox, Lukas Haas, Natalie Portman, Jack Black, Christina Applegate) be used in the remake and that the storyline be preserved.
Tim Burton is an amazing producer but this movie has a lot more potential now with better effects and a larger audience we know Tim Burton can deliver a proper re-make.
3. Bring back 'Invasion' (TV Series)
Invasion is an American science fiction television series that aired on ABC for only one season beginning in September 2005.
The show told the story of the aftermath of a hurricane in which water-based creatures infiltrate a small Florida town and begin to take over the bodies of the town's inhabitants through a cloning process (first by merging with and then unknowingly replacing them). The show was produced by Shaun Cassidy Productions and Warner Bros. Television.
Due to Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and the aftermath in the southern United States, early on-air promotions were quickly pulled by ABC. The advertising then switched emphasis completely to the alien invasion aspect of the series, while the hurricane received no mention. The premiere was also preceded with a warning that the show featured images of a fictional hurricane that viewers could be sensitive to.
Personally i feel that Invasion was an exceptional show which has much more to offer, considering the current sci fi genre on television is at a low point, i say bring back Invasion. There are shows being aired at this moment in time that lack the quality of storyline, acting and potential that a real sci fi show requires, Invasion had all of this, the acting was outstanding, from William Fichtner as Sheriff Tom Underlay to Ariel Gade as little Rose Varon, throughout the show the actors portrayed their characters brilliantly and showed remarkable proffesionalism.
The storyline is fresh and original, many alien invasion storylines fail terriblly, whereas Invasion gained, at some points, above average ratings, although it was cancelled after one season i hardly believe this was due to a poor plot/show, their were many other factors that resulted in the cancellation (Hurricaine Katrina being a main factor)
And the show has great potential, any human being with an average knowledge of either sci fi shows or simply just good television would be able to tell you that Invasion is an all round excellent sci fi television programme, and has alot more to offer, i just hope its not too late.
4. Stop Turkish Military Aggression against Iraqi Kurdistan
A petition expressing our strong opposition to the United States' policy - as advanced by the U.S. State Department - that supports the Turkish government's unchecked use of military force against Iraqi Kurdistan under the pretext of fighting the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK).
This is a clear violation of Iraq's integrity and national sovereignty that is resulting in the calculated destruction of Kurdish civilian villages, bridges and other infrastructure; the displacement of thousands of innocent Kurds; and the destruction of numerous livestock. It also is a blow that threatens the democratic and economic progress that the region has worked so hard to establish following years of devastation and deprivation under Saddam Hussein's genocidal rule.
We demand that the State Department insist that Turkey immediately halt its political and military aggression against Iraq and Iraqi Kurdistan and, additionally, that the State Department advocate a policy the demands recognition and respect for Iraqi's integrity and national sovereignty.
This is a petition to bring back the series Invasion, which aired after "Lost" last year.
6. Combat Veterans Tuition Waiver
Young Men and Women are sent to war protecting the "American Values" Their hope is to return home and reintergrate and pick up where they left off. Soon these young enlisted men and women find themself fighting another personal battle; how to intergrate and how to complete their Education.
This petition request that the State Of Florida takes care of these veterans before they become homeless.

Mr. President, I call your attention to Article IV, Section 4 of the U S Constitution. It regards your duty to defend every state against invasion.
History records that every nation in which immigrants have not assimilated, but which has tried to be multi-cultural and multi-lingual, has failed.
Balkanization will lead to the downfall of America from within, not from without.
Please do not let this happen on your watch. You took an oath to protect and defend our Constitution to the best of your ability. Mr. President, please take control of this situation, and protect your citizens against invasion.
Rap is pretty much impossible to dance to, all people ever do at our dances is grind and the administration considers this "inappropriate" for some reason, so really, there is nothing left to do except stand around and be bored. In addition to this, rap is just noise - it's garbage, it is a pointless genre that will most likely fade away in the next decade anyway.
What we need at prom is music which can actually be danced to, and enjoyed by everyone. All in all, if we play stuff the people actually LIKE, there may even be an increase in turnout to future dances.
THE FOLLOWING IS A REPLY TO THE FIRST MESSAGE POSTED BY "Sum Dude": (All you damned hypocrits at my school who say rap sucks and should be abolished at dances yet retract your statements after I actually do something about it better read this!)
Man, first off, you're obviously treading into waters you don't know about here - "ROCK is just a whole of loud noise mixed with inaudible and non-sensical lyrics." - first off, the "ROCK" you are thinking of is called METAL, don't confuse your genres, and the METAL you are talking about here is Black/Death/Thrash Metal, and even Hair Metal, which I am all big fans of, but if you aren't thats fine by me, everyone is entitled to his opinion. And some ROCK, is actually quite soft an coherent, such as Air Supply (not that I am a big fan I just use them as an example). Anyway, who said anything about ROCK on this petition? The image which states "Rock On" may imply something like this, but doesn't necessarily come out and say "rock needs to be played at prom" Maybe I, the author of this petition, was thinking techno should be played, or maybe a slow song here and there seeing as it IS a formal dance w/ a date. Or maybe the music I was implying was disco? Surely disco can be danced to - Studio 54 did quite well for itself. What about 80's retro such as Bananarama? Maybe that was they type of music the author was thinking, that is a danceable music. How about 80's pop music such as Michael Jackson or Wang Chung? Those two artists are completely danceable. What did the generations before us dance to? I'll tell you - all of the above except for rap, a relatively new genre. The 20's saw the jazz scene emerge, the 30's saw the era of big band which lasted through the 40's, the 50's saw the rise of not only ROCK N' ROLL, but also do-wop, which was big through the mid 60's, until the british invasion which lasted into the early 70's, which still had people dancing to it - yes British Invasion bads are ROCK, and I don't find The Beatles or the Rolling Stones to be loud noise or to have non-sensical lyrics. Now don't get me wrong, some songs are just plain stupid, but some do actually have deep meanings masked under all the "loud noise", as you say. After the British Invasion came along a fresh new sound, which I do enjoy although it is sometimes refered to as "the rap of the 70's" - disco, many rockers of the time hated it, just as we hate rap of today, but disco actually had a beat, it could be danced to, and the lyrics were not violent and degrating, sure they were non-sensical, but they were sure fun to dance to, unlike rap, which people can only grind to, and as stated in the petition history is "outlawed" at my school. After the death of disco in the early 80's, retro, such as the sound of Bananarama came about, which was played and danced to in clubs throughout the country; as well as the heavy pop influence of this age, such as Cyndi Lauper and Michael Jackson. Pop even made it's way into mixing with ROCK to become Hair Metal, which also was danced to time and time agian whether it be at live show or dance hall. I am in full agreement that Hair Metal band's lyrics don't always have the deepest meaning, but their songs known as POWER BALLADS, often times DID have a deeper meaning than the usual "get laid and drunk tonight" lyiric style.
After a well-known grunge band hit it big in the 1991 with their album Nevermind and thei most famous song of all-time "Smells Like Teen Spirit", youth all over the country were finding another form of dance called SLAM DANCING, most commonly known as moshing. As violent as this may seem, it is a valid form of dance and is practiced at Punk and Metal shows all over the globe, as well as at school dances. Also at this time in the early 90's a hybrid sound emerged which sounded like disco, but mixed with rap emerged. The most well-known example of this is C&C Music Factorie's "Gonna Make You Sweat", which swept night clubs by storm, as well as the classic old school rap song done by MC Hammer - "U Can't Touch This". I myself hate rap with a passion, but these two songs actually did have beats by which one could dance.
The rap of today is stricly grind-worthy and should be contained to the night clubs of today, and not a school dance where grinding is "forbidden". Having said this, I believe that it is not necessary to play rap OR rock at the prom of RJHS, the other forms of dance music are most acceptable. P.S. -rap sucks, ROCK owns (*_*) m/
9. "URGENT" Stop Paternity Fraud in California
In too many cases, California fathers end up paying child support on other men's children AND DON'T KNOW IT! Often the mother involved DOES know that the child or children are not the children of her husband, but she claims that they are his children because she is mad at him and she likes the children's father. This is fraud.
When she makes that claim to a court in a divorce or a child support action, she is committing perjury. She may claim to be doing it "for the children". A crime committed "for the children" is still a crime.
The #1 one targets of such frauds are our Military Man who proudly and voluntarily serve our country. It is not fair!
Write to Congress and express your concerns of this wrong doing.

Soldiers Risking Their Lives in Iraq Might Face Prison Over Child Support Upon Return
As America's servicemen risk their lives to protect their families and ours, the federal government is preparing to put them in jail.
That's right; you heard correctly. Most societies honor their returning heroes. In America we punish them.
Soldiers who ship off to Iraq risk not only their lives but arrest and jail when they return. Those who accept a pay cut to defend their country can be incarcerated when they are unable to pay the impossible child support burdens imposed on them by the federal government's divorce machinery.
It is mind-boggling that servicemen who risk their lives to protect us will face arrest as they step off the plane. Yet this is precisely what happened after Desert Storm, and it will happen again this time.
The federal government has issued the usual PR smokescreen, urging soldiers to contact their local child support agents to request a modification. But such requests are almost never granted. Child support fills government coffers with federal taxpayers' money. Governments have no incentive to give these soldiers a break and plenty of incentive not to.
The Christian Science Monitor reports that a soldier whose domestic job pays $31,000 must pay $900 a month in child support. His reserve pay will reduce his income to $27,000. The Monitor neglects to point out that even at the higher pay, this is about half the man's take-home pay, and that he is likely to be living on less than $1,000 a month. Another father's child support comprises 73% of his income, leaving him $200 a month to live on.
Do we really believe that these heroes are "deadbeat dads" who went to Iraq to avoid paying child support? If not, perhaps it is time we began to examine whether the entire child support system is anything other than a fraud. If these men are not "deadbeats," then who is? If these arrests are an abuse of government power, why are not all the others?
Attempts to protect our civilization from external threats will be pointless if we allow it to be undermined from within. How long do we expect men to sacrifice their lives and livelihoods for their country when their government steals their children and uses those children to extort huge sums of money from their fathers?
What kind of morale can we expect in our armed forces when the same brave men who risk their lives to protect their families from invasion by terrorists are powerless to protect their families from invasion by their own government.
Now imagine this happening to you or one of your love ones. To add insult to injury you find out that the child you are being forced to support is not even yours and your ex-wife or ex-girlfriend knew about it since day one!

William Jonathan Mayo has been incarcerated for almost (11) eleven years for a crime he did not commit. I know what you are thinking, "All prisoners claim they are innocent". I will admit to have said that myself. But the more I learned about Mr. Mayo's background, trial and sentence, I began to do something I would have never thought I would ever do, "Help a man in prison fight for his freedom".
On September 25, 2002, John Walsh (America's Most Wanted) aired a show called "When False Accusations Put You Behind Bars". This was aired on his new talk show called The John Walsh Show. William Mayo appeared on that show via satellite from a prison in Georgia. I listened to John Walsh as he raised questions about William's trial. There is strong evidence that the system didn't work and William received a bum deal Mr. Walsh stated. Mr. Walsh also couldn't understand Mr. Mayo's outrages sentence of two life sentences plus forty years for armed robbery even when there was no deaths or injuries in the crime and William Mayo had a clean criminal background.
This is how I became interested and concerned about a man I didn't even know. The two co-defendants have admitted guilt and took a plea bargain with the Prosecutor for a much lesser sentence of 20 years. Since the trial they have both come forward to testify twice in court that they lied about Mr. Mayo's involvement and have stated: "William Mayo had nothing to do with their crime", I believe without a doubt, HE IS INNOCENT!
