1. Grandparents and Kinship Carers In All Australian States To Get The Same Support As Foster Carers
I have cared for my 5 grandchildren for 12 years with very little help from the state for the children that were in my care.
2. Change Texas Grandparent Rights Law Tex Fa. Code Ann. §153.433
Currently the State of Texas standards are too restrictive and ignore unique bonds between grandparents and their grandchildren. Denying a child the love and affection they once had from a grandparent isnt social injustice! Then i dont know what is.

Tex Fa. Code Ann. § 153.433. POSSESSION OF OR ACCESS TO GRANDCHILD. The court shall order reasonable possession of or access to a grandchild by a grandparent if:
(1) at the time the relief is requested, at least one
biological or adoptive parent of the child has not had that parent's parental rights terminated;
(2) the grandparent requesting possession of or access to the child overcomes the presumption that a parent acts in the best interest of the parent's child by proving by a preponderance of the evidence that denial of possession of or access to the child would significantly impair the child's physical health or emotional well-being; and
(3) the grandparent requesting possession of or access to the child is a parent of a parent of the child and that parent of the child:
(A) has been incarcerated in jail or prison during the three-month period preceding the filing of the petition;
(B) has been found by a court to be incompetent;
(C) is dead; or
(D) does not have actual or court-ordered possession of or access to the child.
3. Support Grandparents Visitation in North Carolina
This should be made a law to protect established relationships between grandkids and all grandparents.
If something happens to the parents. The state wants grandparents to raise the child. Why do we not have rights to visit our grandchildren.
4. All grandparents have the right to see their grandchildren
There are so many grandparents who don't get to see there grandchildren and should be allowed to see them grow up.
I am doing this for a family friend so she can have right to see her first grandchild grow up.
5. Change MASS Grandparent Rights Law Chapter 119, Section 39D
Under Massachusetts Law, MA, GLC 119, Section 39D, grandparents can request court ordered visitations with their unmarried minor grandchildren IF the parents do NOT live together AND are either divorced, married but living apart, or under a Temporary Order of judgment of separate support OR one or both parents have died OR the child was born out of wedlock and the paternity of the father has been adjudicated or acknowledged.
NOTE: If the child is adopted by a stranger, other than a stepparent, the grandparents CANNOT ask for, nor will they be given, court-ordered visitation.
6. Grandparent Visitation For North Carolina
This petition is for grandparents in the state of NC "only" who may be interested in grandparent visitation in the state of NC.
7. A change to grandparents' rights to protect parental rights
Grandparents' rights are a far too often ignored law that needs addressed. These rights have completely taken away parents' natural god given and constitutional rights as parents. In 2000, Troxel vs. Granville the supreme court ruled grandparents rights unconstitutional. These rights have destroyed families and children.
Pennsylvania courts are quick to take the side of a grandparent, while avoiding a fit parents objection, and rights. A grandparent does not have the title of parent, unless the situation warrants it, by the death of the parents, or the abuse of a child. This is a horrific and sad law that we as parents are tired of. Grandparents should visit their grandkids without stipulation, and without the courts. And should respect the parents wishes for their own children.
8. Grandparents' Visitation Rights
Currently, grandparents in many states have no rights to visit with their grandchildren.
Some states allow you to petition the court for visits if you can prove that visits would be in the child's best interest. But after spending thousands of dollars on attorney fees, you may find yourself grieving the loss of your grandchildren because what may seem as being in the best interest of the child, is secondary to the parents interest.
Denying grandparent's the ability to visit with their grandchildren is a growing social problem affecting many children. We want to make ourselves available as an unfailing source of love, support and comfort to our grandchildren. We want our grandchildren to have a connection that they can rely on for the rest of our lives.
The law currently considers the parents fundamental right and presumes that the parents decision is in the best interest of the child. Grandparent's DO need to be treated differently than any other third party seeking visitation. Grandchildren are a continuation of our children's lives.
9. Emergency Request for a Child in Need
We, The Undersigned, wish to note a child’s right for parental presence during critical care. We kindly request an emergency release of federal inmate, Brandon Bauknecht from the Sandstone, Minnesota facility.
Two year old, Hayden Bauknecht excitedly attended a birthday party at the local aquatic center on March 15, 2009. Many heard his laughter and saw his innocent care-free life as he played. His childlike faith assured him that he would always remain safe. Yet, faith failed the naive child. The party came to a devastating halt when the toddler’s playful body was found motionless in the pool. Breathless and silent, he was transported to the pediatric intensive care unit in Marshfield, where he remains in critical condition.

11. Parent's Rights are Child's Rights!
The paternal Grandmother of baby boy of 18 months filed for joinder under false grounds and false facts/statements. The Joinder was still Granted!
After, Grandma filed a motion to requests visitations un supervised. The baby doesn't even know them and vice versa to say there is an en dangared pre-existing bond.
I had a brief with points and authorities with case law and state codes/ laws made, was grantedsupervised visits at my home every week for 2 hours at my convinience.
Grandma showed on a day she wasn't supposed to, put my mother and child in dangers way, I then filed a TRO
but the Judge denied it because I wasn't the victim.
Now grandparents get un supervised visits with supervised pick up and drop off and we both have to pay. Grandparents have been getting away with it all, the court doesn't want to hear me out. I have plenty of laws, statues, codes, case laws, evidence, testimonials, witnesses, and it is almost as if I were the invinsible parent. I have been the parent 100 percent of the time, the other parent is not around. There is no pre existing bond or anything that the court should have to go by to allow forced visits.
They have had my child dropped off with vomit on his clothes, un approved medicine stains on his shirt, chocolate, it goes on and on. HELP Your petition counts!
12. Guardianship Request - Michael & Debbie Montgomery
Request to appoint a guardian for minor child, Sahdyus Renior Holman, who should remain in the care of Michael and Debbie Montgomery, Grandparents, who have had physical custody of Sahdyus Renior Holman, From June 2002 to present.
13. Abolish Misuse of Grandparent's Rights
We would like to ask for your support for the abolishment of the misuse of grandparent's rights.
PA. state law enables grandparents to partial/shared/full custody in the event of a death of a spouse. This law is enforced with no consideration to how fit the surviving spouse is. The law also never questions the fitness of the grandparents seeking custody and visitation. In these laws we see a clear discrimination in two assumptions, one in that a widowed spouse is assumed not fit enought for the child's well being and the other that a grandparent is automatically deemed fit. The after effect of these rights being violated affect the child's social life due to the forced visitation and also may have life long psychological effects and the court order can stand until the child reaches the age of 18. ***Please note: this is not a petition that's purpose is to end contact with the grandparents and grandchild, only that a fit parent be able to decide when a child should be able to establish contact and that a fit parent and child not suffer the somber effects of a forced visitation schedule.***
Please after your name place a P for Parent/G for Grandparent/N for neither
