1. FIRE Nicole Scherzinger from X-FACTOR 
I am calling on the X-Factor producers and Simon Cowell to Fire Nicole Scherzinger, she obviously does not know how to judge. When the chips are down she crumbles and is 2 faced. It started off as a good show, but as of last night I will no longer watch it. Rachel has more talent than Canty, she sang her heart out every time she got on stage. Canty does not measure up. He is a karaoke singer at best.
Nicole Scherzinger has no #1 songs or albums. She took her personal frustrations out on a 13yr old girl who has a much better voice then her and Paula. I believe it was over jealousy.
2. Hank JR induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame
Hank Williams Jr is the Pete Rose of getting into country music's hall of fame. He is the most deserving singer/songwriter not in yet. He should have been in decades ago. He is labeled an outlaw and his political views are blinding the association's vision of his true talents.
He is more deserving than half of the already inducted. I need your help to show the association that he belongs. It is not right or fair to the music world and all his fans. He has been in the business since the 50's law starting out very young after his father passed. Do this for me and all his fans. Look at his music not his views.

3. Introduce legislation to control urban foxes
The issue of urban foxes needs to be addressed sensibly, not sentimentally. Urban foxes have no control predator, so their numbers and the nuisance associated with them has increased steadily over the last decade or two.
A 27-pound, 4-foot-long fox was recently killed in one town after killing a cat. Some 34,000 urban foxes live in Britain, foxes often carry fleas and can easily pass on diseases such as distemper, mange and scabies.

Urban foxes are attacking and killing pet cats because they are struggling to find enough food to eat in British towns and cities. Cat owners have reported an increasing number of attacks and pest control specialists say that the use of wheelie bins, rather than bin bags, for rubbish disposal is partly to blame because it has deprived many foxes of an easy source of food.
Gordon Manson, a pest controller from Balerno, near Edinburgh, says that the number of fox-related calls he receives has doubled. "The population has got out of hand and because of wheelie bins they are no longer able to find their regular supply of food," he said.
"Now they are moving on to pets. I have done jobs where I have turned up to find a cat's head in the garden. I've had about 40 to 60 calls from people bothered by foxes over the past year and usually it is more like 20 to 30."
Janet MacPhail, a 57-year-old nurse from Edinburgh, was recently woken in the night by screams coming from her garden. "We found a pack of six foxes attacking our cat, Clover. We managed to chase the foxes away, but she was badly mauled and had one eye missing, so we were forced to put her down.
"We feel that foxes are a pest and steps should be taken to keep them under control, but we spoke with the our local council who told us they had no policy on controlling urban foxes," she said.
Mike Hall, a veterinary surgeon at the Braid Veterinary Hospital where Clover was put down, said that he was dealing with a growing number of cats with fox-related injuries. "We have been seeing more examples of cats with fox bites recently, whereas 10 years ago it was unheard of," he said.
"I had one client who woke early one morning to find a fox chasing her cat around the dining room, having got in through the catflap. Foxes are becoming braver in what they will look for as prey."
Bob Drinkwater, a community centre manager from Stamford Hill, north London, recently saved Mica, his tabby cat, from a vicious fox attack. "Luckily I managed to frighten the fox off, but it had taken a large bite out of Mica's back legs, for which she needed stitches and anti-biotics. I had always heard that foxes don't attack cats, but clearly they do and need to be kept under control."Kevin Stanley, a chef from Bexleyheath in Kent, who saw his cat being killed by two foxes, called for a cull. "Urban foxes should be exterminated and I would support any humane way of getting rid of them.
It won't be long before a tragedy involving a child occurs because foxes are so daring now," he said. The Countryside Alliance also called for stricter controls on the fox population. A spokesman said: "Now the fox is also an urban force, more must be done to ensure the population does not spiral out of control, because the impact on pets would be severe."
A spokesman for the Cats Protection League said its members were increasingly concerned about fox attacks on their pets. "While we still consider cars to be a greater threat, we are taking more calls from members who are worried about fox attacks," she said. "Our advice is to make sure cats are kept indoors at night."Out of a total fox population of 240,000, approximately 35,000 animals are urban foxes.
Attacks on humans:
• On 26 June 2002, a fox attacked a 14-week-old boy in Dartford, Kent, UK, grabbing the child's head and attempting to drag him outside before being chased off by the boy's parents.
• In June 2010, an urban fox entered a family home in London, UK, and attacked twin baby girls, who were sleeping in their cots.
• In October 2010, it was alleged in the press that a fox bit off the nose and 2½ fingers of a comatose 37-year-old man in Inveresk, East Lothian, UK.
Foxes are canids and one of their behaviours is to catch, kill and store food In recent years the Urban Fox population has spiralled out of control. Their numbers have increased because of the amount of food readily available to them: fast food thrown on the street, people feeding them, rubbish left out, etc. They breed rapidly because of the amount of food available and many more cubs survive to grow up and breed. More and more reports from vets say that cats and small dogs are also being attacked by foxes.
Foxes have become increasingly vicious, fearless and aggressive and are no longer scared of dogs. They are now a common sight in broad daylight. In almost any city or town all over the country you see foxes running up and down the pavements all day and night long.
In many towns and cities, especially London, it has been estimated that there are between 20 and 30 foxes per square mile. In the country, a single fox might have a territory of at least 2 square miles.
I am writing about the proposals to build a new town called Cranbrook near where I live. If you do this, millions of animals, birds, insects and even people will lose their homes and livelihoods. I know that it is now far too late to stop the building, but it is not too late to reduce the plans to half the size. This is the flood plains that you are about to build on so your building work will only be destroyed if there is a flood, which there is a high risk of.
This is supposedly to reduce homelessness and to increase the number of people employed, but it will actually destroy more employment by destroying the farmers’ land and the forest where the forest rangers work. If we do need more business jobs, old buildings can be reconstructed and reused wherever possible. As for the homeless issue, I feel that the right way to deal with this would be to reuse old homes wherever possible and to reduce household costs.
Haven’t you ever taken the time to observe and try to understand the beautiful wildlife that live there? The wonders of nature should teach you why it is so important that you reduce the planned area to around half its size. Trees are vital for our survival as they produce life-giving oxygen as well as providing a home to the unique British wildlife.
Unless you at least reduce the planned area, you will never be forgiven by the environmentalists. There may be protests outside the Council houses, letters of hate and disgust, and maybe even economic boycotts of this county. I will not support the Council in any way until you reduce the plans and unless you do so, I for one will never forgive you".
This was how my letter to the Devon County Council read. Unless I get enough signatures here, beautiful innocent wild animals will die.

Hundreds of injured residents in serious condition.
-Considering the criminal attack by Iraqi forces against defenseless residents of Ashraf which began at 04:45 am April 8, 2011;
-Considering that the attack was conducted on the order of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and under direct command of the Lieutenant General Ali Gheidan, commander of the ground forces;
-Considering that extermination of Camp Ashraf residents has been the constant demand of the Iranian regime;
- Considering that until April 8, 2011, some 33 residents were killed and 300 more wounded;
-Considering that the residents of Camp Ashraf are protected persons under the Fourth Geneva Convention and enjoy all fundamental rights under international human rights law;
-Considering that Iraqi government, contrary to its commitment to respect the rights of Ashraf residents has constantly infringed its obligations;
-Considering repeated warnings by human rights organisations, statements and resolutions by members of parliaments in European countries and members of US Congress including the European Parliament resolution of April 24, 2009; EP Written Declaration of November 25, 2010 and Declaration by Council of Europe …., Congressional hearings in the House Foreign Affairs Committee and Senate Armed Services Committee;

6. Allow a Private Tattoo Studio at 4612 Baltimore Avenue
Tattoo artists Eric Eaton, Kevin Riley, and myself (Dave Fox) are partnering in a private, appointment-only tattoo studio at 4612 Baltimore Ave in Philadelphia.
We are all well-known artists with large, appointment-based clientele, over 15 years each in the industry, and we are seeking to open a quiet studio where we can tattoo in an artistic and focused environment without the distractions of a walk-in tattoo parlor.
There is an issue that has concerned me for a long time – There hasn't been a “great” StarFox game since the Nintendo 64. I emphasize “great” because there were a couple of Gamecube StarFox games that were definitely less than adequate.
Gamers need a new StarFox that has online support and plays like the older StarFox games.
8. Give Josh a better role on Fringe!
After reading the spoilers, it has come to my attention that Josh will probably not be in the episodes and his talent will be wasted while John Noble and Anna Torv will be given all the attention and storyline. His episode Northwest Passage was critically panned while everyone praised any episode about Walter and Olivia.
There was also drop of every single Peter storyline, ex. Big eddie, the doomsday machine and how Peter coped with finally meeting his real father.
9. Do Not Cancel the Television Series 24
Upon hearing the news that FOX is heavily leaning towards the cancellation of 24 after its eighth season, I felt obliged to address the concerns of millions of its fans.
24 has provided us with not only entertainment, but a sense of security, passion and excitement in our lives. Jack Bauer teaches us the meanings of loyalty, heroism and sacrifice.
24 is watched, as of season 8, by more than 9 million viewers every Monday night. It would be a disappointment to each and every one of these fans who love to put and hour out of their day, once a week, to watch this genius of a show.
It is my request that FOX keeps 24 on air for a ninth season before pulling the plug on one of its most successful tv drama series of all time.
10. Official Petition to Cancel American Idol
You have claimed this: "American Idol...television's No. 1 hit series empowers contestants and viewers to share their voices in deciding who will be America's next singing superstar...Every year, tens of thousands of hopefuls from across the nation audition for a shot at stardom."
However, we, the American public and FOX viewers alike, feel that--for whatever reason--American Idol does more harm than help to the American populace and crowds your network, pushing aside shows of true creativity that we attend to and enjoy. With the prolonged results, guest spots, and multiple-night airtime, other shows are postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise interrupted as a means to make room for American Idol. We feel that this not only stifles the creativity of the writers and actors of those shows, but also that it creates excessive hype and captures viewer interest strictly to build ratings, at the cost of genuine plot and suspense--as those written into shows of fictitious characters and artificial storylines of classic television entertainment.
Though since its 6th season, Idol has begun to publicize charitable philanthropy in its "Idol Gives Back" segments, by the means of capitalization of marketable material, the blurring of talent and judgment, and the indiscriminate blending of popularity and talent in the word "idol," American Idol contributes to a greater detriment than benefit to the American public.
11. Stop Supporting Biased Media that Inspires a Violent Agenda
Beginning in January 2007 and published in April 2009 The Department of Homeland Security issued a report stating that trends in political extremism will increase the frequency of domestic terrorist acts in United States of America.
Preexisting mental instability and/or discriminatory beliefs are fueled by the instability of the socio-economic level, but they are consistently resonated and justified by irresponsible media. Misleading messages and falsified claims display confusing cue such as logo, set design, and pundit labeling, making it difficult for high risk viewers to differentiate between political opinions and facts.
Please sign this petition if you believe that the government has no right to impede on 1st Amendment rights, but you accept the responsibility to reject all medias that inflames violent extremism and the organizations that support these dangerously irresponsible messages.
At the recent TV Critic’s summer press tour, Reilly told iFmagazine that the upcoming season is the last one under the show’s current contract. And while Sutherland remains committed to the show, Reilly is unsure of its future.
“It’s our last contractual season of 24,” Reilly said. “There are a lot of moving parts, so we’re not sure what will happen after that.”
13. Save our Michael Scofield!
In 2005 "FOX" started to air the series "Prison Break". For a lot of fans "Michael Scofield" became the hero. Besides the audience liked Michael´s relationship with Sara. They even called it "MiSa" for Michael and Sara. All fans hoped for a happy end.
They made videos with Sara and Michael and opened internet pages to talk about "MiSa". But in the series finale the disaster happened. Michael Scofield died.

14. Fabian Nicieza and Joe Kelly should write Deadpool script
In 1994, Twentieth Century FOX gained the rights to the characters of Marvel's comic property the "X-Men".
Since 2000, FOX has released a highly successful film trilogy, starting with X-Men, 2003's X2: X-Men United and 2006's X-Men: The Last Stand, and one successful spin-off, X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
With the release of the latest installment, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, FOX have opened the doors to another spin-off for the character Deadpool, The Merc With a Mouth.
Many however feel the treatment of Deadpool in X-Men Origins deviated too far from his initial origin which has raised fears for the announced spin-off.
However there is a way to subdue fears amongst fans and to still be able to provide a quality film for the masses.
Hire Deadpool co-creator Fabian Nicieza and Joe Kelly to write the script for the proposed Deadpool film.
Fabian Nicieza and Joe Kelly have written some of the most acclaimed and well known Deadpool stories but have proven themselves elsewhere in the comic book world with their ability to write in-depth characters, thrilling plot twists and turns and, in the case of Deadpool, killer one-liners and witty banter.
Currently our anime programming consists of two hours on Mondays from 11 PM to 1 AM (all times Eastern) on Sci Fi, 4 AM Tuesdays on IFC and from 12:30 to 6 AM Saturdays on CN's Adult Swim. Where is the rest we were promised years ago?
Sure we have AniMondays but whtever became of Encore Action's (Starz) AniMidnight anime shows and films? Gone. We used to have anime all night Saturdays and Sundays. Gone. I remember a promise of weekday anime shows from Turner who runs CN. They promised us a return to the old Rurouni Kenshin and InuYasha and Sailor Moon of bygone years but nothing was ever done about it! Anime is so popular now that it would behoove giants like ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, etc. to include anime in its lineup. Sponsors would flock to these mogul networks to post ads.
Anime is becoming more and more difficult to find on home videos. Indeed most must be purchased online mainly from Japan. We miss our anime so please help Naruto (see pix) and all his anime friends to come back to us. They have been away far too long! Thank you so much my friends. Last years 'Hitman', starring Timothy Olyphant, failed to impress both movie fans and video game fans alike. The film was met with mostly negative reviews and was left to forever be known as 'ANOTHER failed video game adaptation'. We, however, do not believe those were the intentions of the director.
Xavier Gens, a budding filmmaker, brought to the attention of 20th Century Fox by award winning director Luc Besson. However the most important thing about Xavier Gens is that he is a fan of the 'Hitman' video game franchise. I ask you, how could a man who was described by cast members as having a 'child-like enthusiasm' about making this movie turn his back on the fan base he used to be a part of? The simple answer is, we believe, he didn’t. The final result was yet again the handy work of 20th Century Fox, a studio who seem to have completely lost their vision in this industry.
How many of you walked out of the cinema blaming the director for this movie? How many of you called for his head on a pike when you saw Agent 47, our well known elegant assassin, pull out 2 swords from his shirt and drop-kick a guy through a window?
The fact is, the director shouldn’t be blamed, 20th Century Fox should. They denied him the right to release HIS movie, yet had no issue with letting him take the blame for theirs.
This isn’t what I want to see, and I’m sure you feel the same. A director’s cut of this movie could completely change the way people see the movie, a la Daredevil. Yes, it could still be disappointing, but at least then Xavier Gens can see where he went wrong and learn from it, instead of being criticised for something he had no control over.
We want a Director’s Cut, but he needs it. So let’s try and do something about it.
18. Australia Wide Bounty on Non Native Feral Pests
Australia has been overrun with feral pests like the Canetoad, Fox, Rabbit, European carp, Pig, Wild dogs and cat, Indian Myna etc.
These pests cause enormous damage to farmers as livestock is killed by wild dogs and foxes. Many farmers can not afford the time and money to kill these pests and they wear the financial losses these pests cause.
A bounty of $10 for cats, dogs, pigs, foxes, rabbits, European carp, Indian myna would be a good start to clean up these pests and help our environment.
The price per pest would increase on scarcity and heavy fines and jail would occur if anyone was breeding up these pests to claim a high price for the pest killed.
A bounty for the canetoad could start at 20 cents each and every canetoad would be turned into fertiliser as well as the European carp which is now a garden fertiliser called Charlie carp.
The pelts of Rabbits and foxes could be made into coats,hats etc and the bodies could be turned into blood n bone fertiliser.
19. O'Reilly Petition - Or Some control over mass media news and mind manipulation
Although every one has the right to express anything anywhere, there should be some control over opinions and informations labelled as news.
Whoever, using their access to unlimited resources as money, influence or power, such as Corporations, Political groups, Governmental institutions, Powerful lobbies, Defense, Energy and Military industries, Religious groups, Sectarian associations, Extremists of both left and right.
These groups of influence create a huge distortion over the perception that societies have of reality, and using elaborate techniques supported by unlimited resources modify, alter, deceit, hide or simply deny acces to the news. Being nowadays the main source of information to the general public (reading now is not a trend) the media has become the weapon and the way to spread both great education (documentaries, news, art) and the lack of it (hate, violence, extremism, war) or ignorance.
Is then, when not used appropriately, that media can become the real big brother, preventing whole groups of society to gain access to unbiased or unaltered information and education.

21. An Arrested Development Return in 2009

We would love to see more Arrested Development, and more specifically an Arrested Development movie, as that seems the most likely option at the moment.
The show was/is fantastic, and there's life in the Bluth family yet.
22. Bring Drive Back
This petition is targeted at the FOX broadcasting company, who cancelled the show 'Drive' after only 4 episodes. I, and surely many other viewers, believe that Drive was an original and entertaining show, and that it should be brought back.
I think that the only reason the show was pulled was because FOX was expecting (an impossible) 15 million viewers in 4 weeks, and they were too ignorant to give the show more of a chance to develope and gain more viewers. Also, i've looked at some reviwes from major publications after the 2 hour premier, and most seemed a little put off, but optimistic, stating that they were willing to watch the show and see the story develope. Drive had great characters, light, well placed humor, and an intriguing story, and with time should have become an incredibly popular show. Let's put it this way; Lost went about 4 seasons, with the same idea. A group of people set in the middle of a mysterious situation, run by some other power. Who knows why exactly? Drive is like that, only more raw and action-packed.
I've watched Lost, and as far as I can tell, not much has changed since episode 1, and Drive was filled with new twists and gradually forming answers. So please, give drive a chance. On my final note, it's timeslot is being filled by House re-runs. House is a fantastic show, but I think more people would be interested in a new and original drama/action series than old episodes of a medical show.
Drive needs more than 4 episodes to define itself. Lastly, FOX tried to cancel Family Guy. See what happened with that?

This is a petition to the creaters and owners of the tv show American Idol to try and convince them to release all five seasons of American Idol on DVD.
I am concerned with the leftist media in all the Spanish speaking news networks. As any community we are not all of the same mind and have different political opinions and many different interests.
We need this variety represented in our television networks. I am asking for Fox News to create a Spanish version of the Fox News 24 hour network. If you agree with me, please sign this petition.

La razon por que pido un canal de Fox News es por que los otros canales que existen son muy simpatizantes con el partido democrata. Yo creo que nuestra comunidad debe tener la oportunidad de escuchar otros puntos de vistas mas balanciados.
