This petition is against eBay in not allowing eBay sellers to leave negative or neutral feedback to eBay Buyers.

Thanks to everyone for signing this petition. I want the signatures to reach a high number before sending this petition off to eBay. I appreciate everyones help and lets just wish eBay change their mind.
