1. National Petition to Prohibit Tax-Funded Abortion
We are murdering our own offspring. "Abortion is the murder of an innocent child. It has to be condemned by society." - Ven. Pope John Paul II, 2/14/82 Nigeria. "(Abortion) is pure, pure murder." - Blessed Mother Teresa in video to David T. Little, now President of the World St. Thomas More Society.
The USA is the most influential nation on earth. Unless we end this demonic barbarity, and soon, the USA will destroy itself as it has cursed itself by coercing its citizens to pay for abortion through income tax. 50,000,000 and more innocent preborn children have been murdered since 1973. Go to www.worldthomasmore.org for full facts and information.
2. EHC Morning After Pill should be available to under 20's
NHS Hillingdon plan to make changes to the availability of the EHC (morning after pill) for young people. As it stands, any young person under the age of 20 is able obtain the EHC (morning after pill) over the counter in pharmacies, at no cost.
The change proposed by NHS Hillingdon is to cut funding for the availability of the EHC (morning after pill), resulting in a reduction in the age group who can currently access the pill for free. The new proposal states that now any young person who is 18 or under will have access to the pill for no cost.
In summary, students aged 19 and 20 will have to pay full cost, around £25, for the EHC morning after pill).
This decision will stand to affect many of the young adults surrounding the Uxbridge area who may wish to collect the EHC (morning after pill) from the local pharmacies.
Brunel University’s on campus pharmacy has provided the current under 20’s service to its students. The statistics show that over 60% of the clients using the service are aged between 18 and 20. This displays a need to abolish this new decision.
The decision to reduce the age range for the service will create a setback for clients who may find it difficult to buy the EHC (morning after pill) over the counter (which currently stands at £25.00) or attend family planning clinics. This can result in higher risk of pregnancy.
As the host country of the G8 Summit on June 25/26, 2010 in Huntsville Ontario, Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his governing Conservative Party of Canada have chosen to champion an initiative to improve maternal and child health in developing countries.
However, this admirable initiative has become deeply mired in the Conservatives’ anti-choice ideology. The government announced on April 26 that they will not fund safe abortion services “under any circumstances” in developing countries. Although they were forced to back down from their earlier position that family planning and contraception would also be excluded from the initiative, there is still no firm commitment to fund family planning – only a vague promise to “consider” it, and to “not close doors against any options, including contraception.”
Please sign the following petition to call upon Parliament to include funding for safe abortion and family planning/contraception in Canada’s G8 maternal/child health initiative.

4. Plan A: Hoyas for Reproductive Justice Petition
Issues related to reproductive choices disproportionately affect the lives of people in historically marginalized communities, such as women, people of color, and the economically disadvantaged.
As a Catholic, Jesuit institution, Georgetown University claims to advocate on behalf of these communities and commit itself to the principles of social justice and a free exchange of ideas. By limiting dialogue, access to information, and resources concerning sexual health, Georgetown fails to live up to its professed mission and endangers the lives of students on campus.
5. Retract the Winnipeg Statement
The Rosarium of the Blessed Virgin Mary Life Centre (or "The Rosarium" for short) is a non-profit corporation, incorporated without share capital under the laws of Ontario, Canada.
It was founded by two Catholic laymen (John Pacheco and Tony Liuzzo) and a Canadian priest in the Autumn of 2003. Our mission is to usher in a respect for human life in Canada by exposing the harmful effects of contraception on Canadian culture and providing an avenue for education, repentence, and healing.
The name Rosarium is dedicated to the Holy Father's Apostolic Letter, Rosarium Virginis Mariae, on the Most Holy Rosary. We claim the Rosary, and in particular the additional "Mysteries of Light" introduced by the Holy Father, as our prime spiritual weapon in this particular battle against the culture of death.
We officially launched our movement on December 8, 2003, the feast day of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin. Our movement is under the patronage of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary, in honour of the Blessed Mother.
