2. Enforcement of The Alabama Child Support Laws 
The Alabama DHR has outlined guidelines for its Child Support Law for which it does not conform to. This Department is selling the idea that they will help you in collecting/enforcing support orders that have been established.
This Department is limited in actions pursued in helping you. The guidelines clearly state what courses of actions will be taken, if the Non custodial parent fails to meet obligations, but these actions are often not pursued without the help of a private entity.

This article outlines a situation that occurred on 8/11/07 when an officer of the Chandler, AZ police department left his K9 in his police cruiser for 13 hours, resulting in the poor dog’s horrible death.
Claims in this article state that the police officer was at the very most negligent, and only if found otherwise will he face punishment. So, this officer will at the very most get a slap on the wrist for his ‘lost’ state of mind.
I am starting Bandit’s Petition in hopes that something more will be done for that poor innocent soul that needlessly died that hot summer day.
I, like many others find that officer Lovejoy’s negligence is not only hypocritical, but punishable as well.
4. Team Spirit for our Cheerleaders
The sport of Cheerleading is being harmed by the actions of some team parents. The youth are being influenced by the words and actions they are seeing being played out right before their eyes.
If a team mom and a cheerleaders mom have a difference of opinion it should be handled in a private and direct fashion. The public is watching and the influence it has on them will fashion the opinion they have of the whole sport. The public already thinks that cheerleaders are stuck up snobs who do not care about anything but themselves.
The future of the whole sport hinges on the ability to encourge a feeling of togetherness and team spirt needed to trust the abilities of each other. When a team is in sync the whole flow is beautiful. If the kids are lead to believe they are not as good as someone else they tend to not be able to trust and the pyramid of the team is broken. People are pushed out and the old stuck up cheerleaders mith is perpetuated.
We need to be able to get along and deal with the team of cheerleaders as a whole and one body. Not as a bunch of people who do not care about each other. If the team is to be the best we all need to do the right thing and put petty differences aside and deal one on one with the parents, in a repectful and professional maner. When parent form clicks and oust other parents and newcomers the children do the same.
We need a team of parents to teach these kids not a team mom. The team as a whole should not be governed by a single mom, it should be looked over by many caring mothers, and fathers. The team should be developed into a single body, with a confident flow. The actions of one disrespectful mother are having a negitive influence on members of the board, the parent club, the squad and the public at large.
We need to as a group let her know this will not be allowed. We want our children to be in a loving, positive and caring atmosphere. Can't we all just get along. Please join us in asking the team mom/boardmember to step down and let a more caring loving and dignified person take the responcibility of our childrens welfare.
We need someone who will take the time to address the kids with respect, no matter where they come from. Someone who will lead by example. Someone who will take the time to set up fundraisers that will have an atainable outcome. Someone who will not give attitude to others who are not as well to do as she is making herself out to be. When a child and parent can not afford to just "cut a check" for the money costs it takes to be in this sport. They should not be made to feel inferior. We are not all made out of money.
5. "The View" - Degradation & Humiliation

Several websites, televised media, as well as printed media have addressed the treatment of African-American women guest hosts on "The View". These women have been treated with offensive and humiliating statements and actions. For instance:
1. "Barbara Walters, with no warning, grabs some of Brandy's curly locks and asks, "Is this your real hair?"
2. Just before signing off, Walters took a pull at (Tanika) Ray's hair to check for authenticity. Tanika showed everyone that it was all real.
3. (although her hair was not pulled) Barbara refers to Mo'Nique's children as creatures.
Personally, I'm offended!!! How dare she! Just because she's Barbara Walters that does not give her the right to treat people in this manner. I am no fan of Star, but if this is what she had to contend with while on The View, it's no wonder why she was perceived as defensive on the show. She had to be..........while dealing with this old "lady".
6. End the war in northern Uganda
Sign this petition to pressure President Bush and the U.S. Congress to take action and help end the war in northern Uganda that has already led to the abduction of more than 25,000 children.
Tell President Bush, Senators and Congress Members You Want the United States to Take the Lead in Ending the Worst Abuse of Children in the World.
Tell Them to Step Up and Lead Efforts to End the War in Northern Uganda.
For 19 years, a war has flared in northern Uganda between a rebel group called the Lord's Resistance Army, led by Joseph Kony, and President Yoweri Museveni's government. The war's main targets are not the combatants. The targets are children.
Over the course of the fighting, an estimated 25,000 boys and girls have been abducted and forced into being soldiers and sex slaves. Thousands of children and their families have been killed; hundreds of thousands live in squalid, unsafe camps.
President Bush has directed some dollars and programs to assist the people of northern Uganda. But he could be a decisive leader in promoting an end to this conflict in 2005 if he made it an American moral priority.
This could be ended if the United States - one of Uganda's top foreign aid donors - gave sustained political and diplomatic attention to it. The White House and Capitol Hill lawmakers should take these actions:
-- President Bush should allocate finances and appoint a high-profile envoy to support Ugandan attempts to hold peace talks. Bush should invest a small amount of his time by personally talking to Museveni and letting him know the United States has made a moral priority of protecting children in northern Uganda by ending the war there. He also should call Sudanese leaders in the capital of Khartoum and in the south to get a pledge from them to fully end support to Joseph Kony and his LRA.
-- The Senate and the House of Representatives should prepare a plan for tying further U.S. military aid to human rights monitoring and Government of Uganda's commitment to peace talks; the latter demonstrated by the convening of negotiations attended by top officials from both sides of the conflict.
With these actions as a start, President Bush and members of the House and Senate could demonstrate that the United States seeks to help children in need wherever they are. Please sign the attached petition and urge our elected officials to act immediately.
Add my voice to Americans of all political and personal backgrounds who want you to make resolving the war in northern Uganda a priority, and begin by taking the above actions.
7. Boycott Rush Limbaugh In The Name Of Human Rights
In June of 2005 Rush Limbaugh launched a T-shirt line which sought to mock and profit from the hideous human rights violations occurring at the US run Guantanamo Bay prison facility in Cuba. The creator of this petition believes that such an action is not only disturbing and irresponsible, but also a breech of media ethics.
As a result, a boycott of all Limbaugh related programming, newsletters, radio stations, and advertisers is called for. This petition will serve as a symbol of the strength of our boycott, and will be presented to Limbaugh in request that he issue a formal apology for his actions, and recall any and all "Gitmo" related merchandise for a full refund.
8. Teaching children in elementary schools about molestation and how to handle it.
I believe that young children being abused or touched in wrong ways should know that this is wrong and it is not their fault these terrible actions are happening. Many children grow up thinking they are bad people and deserved to be molested, and anyone in their right mind knows this is not true.
These children have the right to know what is happening to them and what to do when it does happen.

10. Prosecute for Frauduent Child Abuse Reports
There are too many false reports made regarding child abuse that sometimes certain individuals fall through the cracks of the system. Some people report suspected child abuse to be spiteful and vengeful towards the parent, guardian and caretaker of a child. This causes a buildup of caseloads that child protection services have to investigate, which results in time wasted if the reports are not true. People should be held accountable for their actions and statements, and if they are willing to go as far as to report suspected abuse, then they should willing to back it up if necessary and not hide behind the cloak of anonymity.
If reporters were to be held accountable for their statements and actions and required to give their identity to only the child abuse agencies dealing with the reports, I believe there would be a decrease in the amount of false reports made. If there was a penalty to face for reporting false child abuse allegations then people with vendettas would be discouraged to abuse the system that was designed and set up to protect the abused.

A PARODY OF JUSTICE
Vancouver, BC: Victim's sister wants an independent investigation into the actions of a Vancouver Police Officer who brutally beat Jeff Berg to death. She also wants a judicial inquiry into the actions of the internal investigators who reviewed the case and found no wrongdoing.
Jeff's family believes this is a case of a Vancouver Police Officer using excessive and deadly force. According to civilian eyewitness reports, he was pistol-whipped while he had his hands on the trunk of a car and feet spread apart. While he lay motionless on the ground after the gun butting, he was kicked several times in the head "soccer-ball" style, as well as kicks to the testicles and torso. His lifeless body was then dragged face down across the pavement, which is further cruel and inhumane treatment. No duty of care was offered to Jeff by any policeman as he lay in a pool of blood, which is captured on video by another eyewitness. He was later revived at the scene by paramedics, but had suffered irreversible brain damage due to delay of resuscitation when the officers failed to administer CPR. Jeff Berg died in hospital October 24, 2000 after being taken off life support.
"The internal investigation by the VPD focused more on providing an alibi for the officer, rather than investigating the homicide objectively," claims the victims sister. As of June 11, 2003, the file is being reviewed by the Police Complaint Commission.

12. Reform the Moderator situation at the E3 Forums!
To all of the Elder Scrolls 3 Forum users: It has become painfully clear that the moderator situation has grown out of control. Moderators with too much power are oppressing the forums users, and they are using their power to fulfill personal vendettas that they may have with certain users.
Supervision of these Moderators is almost non-existant, because only TWO Administrators actually lay claim to the responsibility of maintaining the forum and its moderators. As anyone can tell, there is too large a load for too few people to handle, and this is why ALL the users of the forums demand a reform of the Moderator staff and power.
We feel the new Moderator Structure should be as follows:
1.) Moderators do NOT have the power to BAN users from the forums.
2.) Specific individual Moderators shall be assigned a specific forum and is held responsible for actions in their forums.
3.) Only Administrators shall be permitted to BAN users, AFTER a hearing has taken place with the Moderators about the offending user.
4.) If a BAN is executed, the BANNING ADMINISTRATOR shall issue a detailed email to the BANNED user stating, in depth, the details of their offence, the reason for their ban, and where in the User Agreement they violated the terms they agreed to when they signed up.
To elaborate these reform options:
1.) Too many chiefs and not enough braves is the sentiment there. If every moderator is allowed to ban any user at whim, a vulgar display of power is inevitable, such as the current state of the forums!
2.) If you read the forum information, you'll notice a huge moderator/administrator mix is responsible for ALL the forums. This is too much work, and more than HALF those listed Moderators/Administrators are actively involved in Moderating the forums. If you assign two or three Moderators to a forum, its much easier for them to keep it under control, and you have no overlapping and hasty desicions made.
3.) This is a given. If every policeman was allowed to carry out Judge, Jury, and Executioner with every person he arrested, you would have many many dead people. Simply because the wrong people have all the power. Responsible Administrators should be responsible for making banning decisions, based on a general Moderator consensus that deals with the problem causing user, the number of offences they made, and where exactly in the user agreement they are violating. Only after this is accomplished can a ban be executed with 100% flawlessness and justice.
4.) Banned users have a RIGHT to know WHY they were BANNED. A simple vague reason provided by the forums with a equally vague error message is NOT good enough! Banned users need to know what they did wrong, where they violated their user agreement, and what their being banned for. This way, there is no way a user can have any grounds to cause more trouble or question the decisions made against them.
This petition is to establish order on a ramshackle slip-shod poorly managed forum, whose users are FED UP with being miss-treated by the power-abusing Moderators, and the unprofessional methods of their actions.

14. Abolish Child and Family Services in Dufferin county
I have heard many horror stories about CAS in Dufferin county and have most importantly experienced it first hand. I was fifteen, in foster care and locked in my foster parents basement for the majority of the day. I report the ongoing incedents to my workers and nothing was done. Of course when confronted with my allegations it was turned around that I was the problem in the home. The main reason I am writing today is to show certain people involved in Dufferin Child and Family Services that their actions are unacceptable.
My personal favorite horror story is that of a friend. She was told by her worker that it was acceptable for her young sons to sleep in the same bed as their father(in his 30's) and his under aged alledged "girlfriend".
Please help me show this organization that their actions are inappropriate and need further investigation.
15. Investigate Sand Springs Police Corruption
This petition is to request investigations on the misconduct of Police Officers in the Sand Springs Police Department. Several Police Officers are harassing, assaulting, stealing and conducting many other actions of misconduct. This petition will request an investigation into the actions of Police Officers in Sand Springs. It is time to clean the system, so that the Sand Springs citizens are being served by honest, law conducting, and professional Police Officers. Thank you for your concern and support.
16. Justice for children in the UK
WHY do we allow our judicial system to continually fail to protect our
children?
WHY do we not have adequate laws in place to remove the thousands of
KNOWN pedophiles from our communities, and thus offer at least SOME
protection to our children?
WHY do those that hold poltical power continually refuse to
implement Sarah's Law?
WHY are the 'civil rights' and 'freedom' of those that prey upon our
children deemed more important than the children's themselves?
WHY are those who by their own actions put themselves outside the
rules that govern a supposed civilised society deemed worthy of ANY
rights civil or otherwise? Their very actions constitute a
relequishment of such rights.
WHY is the punishment for those guilty of these horrific acts not
commensurate with crime?
WHY, when we know that there will be other children, do we allow the liberal 'apologists' to determine the agenda re: the
reintroduction of the death penalty for such acts? Their generalised
arguments significantly fails to acknowledge the advancement in
forensic science, and hence conclusive proof of guilt.
WHY do we not have a national, specialised police section, trained to
deal specifically with child abduction and paedophile activity?
WHY do we KNOW that the lives of yet MORE innocent children will be
taken and families destroyed, while the powers that be continue to
shirk their CIVIL and HUMAN responsibilites, giving us all the
right 'soundbites' but ultimately doing NOTHING
Throughout history people with common sense have suffered as a consequence of the actions of stupid people. It has also been known that stupid people have suffered due to their own stupid actions.
People who decide to play football while attempting to ski; people who like to fall asleep while they are cooking; people who don't know how to punch a proper voting ballot; people who leave their engine running while they are trying to fill the gas tank - all these people have caused unnecessary suffering and distress in one way or another.
If stupidity is eradicated then so will unnecessary stress and suffering. The economy will boom.
It is necessary to eradicate stupidity. By doing so, some of the world population will inevitably be destroyed - but that can only be a good thing - as it will keep the planet from over-populating.
Please support this nobel cause. Think of your children's future. Your future.
