Background (Preamble):
That the Young offenders Act be changed so that any Young offender caught committing any violent crime will be tried as an adult. This is in support of Baden Willcocks 15 years old who was murdered by four Young Offenders on June 19, 2009 and all the other Victims and Families whose lives that have been destroyed by violent crimes committed by Young offenders.
Petition:
We petition to change the Young Offenders Act so that any Young Offender caught committing any violent crime will be tried as an adult.
