* With a health mindful society vegetarianism is becoming a growing life style;
* There are very few vegetarian restaurants in NC (around 25);
* Non vegetarian restaurants rarely serve vegetarian options. (The only one I know of is BK, they have a veggie burger).
Having a limited choice for social outings is a major inconvenience. The number of vegetarians not to mention the number of people who would like to that can not due to limitations, is growing. Which means a growing number of people with limited choice and rights.
I make a request that the state of North Carolina require all restaurants to offer at least two vegetarian meals which include not only salad, and sides, but also meat substitutes.
