Overcrowded and lack of parking availability.
There have been several concerns regarding parking near residential units.
Often I have to parks far from my unit when coming home in the evening. With assigned parking I can feel safe and comfort with knowing I am close to my unit.
Here are some suggestions.
Several developments assign; (1) One owner spot; (1) One visitor spot; Group visitors. Bascially each Unit is assigned (2) two spots, then what's left should be for visitors.
Please sign the petition in support of assigned parking.
