Wind power at the industrial size is sweeping across states before proper regulations around wind siting and impacts have been concluded.

In consideration of current sites there are concerns of health issues, impacts to wildlife and the growing concerns of the financial outcome that is too costly to the public.

We the undersigned are requesting legislative accountability in regards to wind power at the industrial size which is sweeping across states before proper regulations around wind siting and impacts to close proximity residents and wildlife have been analyzed.

We feel that wind towers at this scale require analysis in order to provide conclusive and appropriate studies surrounding concerns of noise and flicker. We also believe that it would be "guessing" to set a number for distance on set-back at this time due to lack of proper site analysis for each proposed site. Guessing at the cost it takes to install just one turbine is irresponsible.

We the undersigned believe that there is a strong argument that not all applications fit in every location they are chosen for and the findings from current sites warrant further investigation, ie, Mars Hill ,Freedom ME and NY, Wisconsin Etc.

Therefore all further applications should be put on hold until these conclusive and professional studies can be provided for proper ordinance designs in protection of our civil rights.
