Background (Preamble):
Motorists have been observed in violation of a posted sign that tells motorists what hours traffic is to follow an alternate route in conjunction with the hours of operation of the Wesleyan Academy School.
On several occasions parents have taken it upon themselves to direct the traffic and also to direct these motorists to follow the posted signage.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the Virgin Islands Police Department to provide a Police Officer or Crossing Guard to monitor traffic and issue traffic tickets to violators of posted traffic regulatory signs.
