Whereas, Co-Part, Inc., is building an expansion to their already large storage plot of land. Whereas, Co-Part, Inc. is a junkyard and is already devaluing the homes in the area surrounding its acreage of junk/wrecked cars. Whereas, we, the citizens of this area are already experiencing (and will continue to experience for years to come) the negative effects of this junkyard doing business in our residential area. Whereas, Co-Part already owns 47 acres to "temporarily store" their wrecked/junk cars and can abide by the rules of Walton County Planning and Zoning who has put these rules in place to protect both business developers AND those county residents their business impact.
WE THE UNDERSIGNED, (do so willingly and with sound mind and body) are of the firm belief that Co-Part's application for a variance change be denied by this committee
