Developer is requesting zoning remap (C2 and R10B), exemptions from Germantown overlay, and variants to eliminate setbacks and buffers. Current zoning C7 and R5 will allow for a market and 3 twins (6 homes).

The new proposed zoning includes C2 and R10B. Under the proposed new C2 zoning this will allow the market, 3 additional retail stores and 17 condos in a six story building on Germantown Avenue. The existing R10B zone will have 8 townhomes instead of the currently zoned twin homes.

We the undersigned are registered voters in Philadelphia.

We OPPOSE the current plan for the development of 8200 Germantown Avenue by Bowman Properties.

We OPPOSE rezoning of the site by ordinance
(Bill #110762), changing existing local guidelines to suit the developer (Bill #110763) and reversing traffic on Hartwell Lane ( Bill # 110764).
