Westpac’s proposal for a new collective agreement fails to deliver pay increases to the following employees:
Westpac packaged employees at M level and above.
St George/Bank SA packaged employees.
BTFG, Asgard, WFCL and WGIS employees with a base pay above $50,000 per annum.
If you believe that all employees covered by the agreement deserve a pay increase sign the petition and help send a message to the bank.
We the undersigned employees of the Westpac Group believe that we deserve a pay increase as part of a new Westpac Collective Agreement.
