The Executive (Cabinet) And Government of The Bahamas Are Responsible
For The Deteriorating State of The Bahamas:

And MUST Therefore, ALL Be Held Accountable For The Chaos, Lawlessness And Anarchy, Taking Place In Our Nation, On Our Streets
And Even In Our Government!

As The Executive And Government of The Bahamas Have Outrightly Refused To Call A Referendum, To Correct The Very Serious Problem of The Bahamas Judiciary!

They Have Therefore, Failed And Have Also Refused To Protect Its Citizens,
The Bahamian People, Visitors AND Tourists Alike:

As Murderers, Rapists, Child Molesters, Armed Robbers, Drug Smugglers,
And Other Very Serious Repeat Offenders Are Constantly Being Granted Bail!

But MUST Be Granted Bail!

This, However, Is Due To The Fact That THE COURTS OF THE BAHAMAS JUDICIARY
HAVE BEEN ILLEGALLY AND UNLAWFULLY OPERATING SINCE 2003,
Having TWICE Been Deemed Unconstitutional, Not Independent And Not Impartial, Since 2003, By Senior Supreme Court Justice John D. Lyons:

Justice Lyons Had Ruled That This Very Serious Problem of The Bahamas Judiciary, Is A CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS, Which Can Only Be Corrected By The Executive Calling A Referendum (To Cause There To Be A Constitutional Amendment) AND NOT By Legislation, Nor By The Judiciary.

THE EXECUTIVE REFUSES TO CORRECT THE VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM
OF THE BAHAMAS JUDICIARY

However, Notwithstanding Justice Lyons' Very Devastating Ruling Against The Bahamas Judiciary (Which Is Still Law, To Date), The Executive And Government of The Bahamas, Eleven (11) Years, To Date, Have Outrightly Refused To Call A Referendum, To Correct The Very Serious Problem of The Bahamas Judiciary!

THE EXECUTIVE AND GOVERNMENT OF THE BAHAMAS
HAVE BROKEN THE LAW SINCE 2003

Justice Lyons Had Ruled In October, 2006 and Again In November, 2006,
That The Executive (Cabinet), And Government of The Bahamas,
Have Broken The Law, Since 2003:

A Constitutional Provision, Set Up And Designed To Ensure And Protect
The Independence, Impartiality And Constitutionality of The Bahamas Judiciary.

Justice Lyons Therefore, Ruled And Deemed The Bahamas Judiciary Unconstitutional, Not Independent And Not Impartial (Since 2003),
While Also Ruling THAT:

• There Can Therefore, Be No Justice, No Redress And No Fair Hearings
In The Bahamas Judiciary:

In Which He Ruled, Is A Violation of One's Constitutional And
Fundamental Rights To FAIR HEARINGS AND WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME:

While Also Ruling That:

• Judges Can Therefore, No Longer Constitutionally Preside Over Any Matters in
The Bahamas Judiciary (Criminal, Civil or otherwise), UNTIL The Executive
Calls A Referendum, To Correct The Very Serious Problem of The Bahamas
Judiciary.

• ALL Decisions/Rulings Made in The Bahamas Judiciary, Since 2003
Are ALL Unconstitutional, Not Valid And Can Therefore, ALL Be Overturned:

• There Can Be No Appointment of New Judges

• And That There Can Be No Extension of The Tenure of Judges.

Indeed A Very Serious Problem, And Which Has Great National And
International Implications And Repercussions!

The Bahamas Judiciary Includes:

• The Industrial Tribunal

• The Magistrate's Court

• The Supreme Court

• The Court of Appeal AND

• The Judicial Committee of Her Majesty's Privy Council (The JCPC),
Although Stationed In England.

CRIMINALS ARE HAVING A FIELD DAY, AND ARE ABUSING JUSTICE LYONS’ RULING

Criminals, Including Very Serious Repeat Offenders, Are Indeed Taking Advantage of Justice Lyons' Ruling (And Many Through Their Attorneys):

However, Criminals Are Also Abusing Justice Lyons’ Ruling, While Using Justice Lyons’ Ruling, As A Ground For Bail, As Ground For Their Immediate Release:
