Frank Black Middle School is undergoing a renaissance. A Vanguard designation will significantly assist its mission of delivering a quality education to all of its students.
Friends of Frank Black Middle School will be making this request at the HISD Board meeting on Thursday, May 12 at 4400 W. 18th.

We, the undersigned, respectfully request that Houston Independent School District designate Frank Black Middle School (FBMS) as a Vanguard campus beginning in 2012.
