Background (Preamble):
Prescott High School Students have, for the past several years, been able to use the school's inner walkway as a meeting place of friends.
However, the administrative members of PHS have forced students out of the walkway and into other areas of the school, while other student friend groups are allowed to congregate in the place of their choosing.

We, the undersigned, call upon the administrative staff of Prescott High School to reverse the decision preventing students from congregating in the Prescott High School covered walkway.
