نداء عاجل لمجلس حقوق الانسان للتحرك بشكل عاجل لإيجاد حل لإنتهاكات حقوق الانسان في الجزيرة العربية (العربية السعودية )

لقد شهد العالم تغيرات جدرية خلال العقود الثلاثة الماضية للتحول إلى الديمقراطية و إحترام حقوق الانسان و كرامتة و تمكين المرأة من ممارسة حقوقها الطبيعية ، إلا إننا في الجزيرة العربية ( السعودية العربية ) نعاني من القمع و التعذيب الممنهج مخالفة للمادة ٧ من العهد الدولي لحقوق الانسان لمنع التعذيب و على أعلى المستويات و لم نجد أي تجاوب من النظام القمعي المستبد لمطالباتنا بالحرية و العدالة الانسانية التي فطر الانسان عليها ، مخالفة صريحة للمادة ١ من العهد الدولي لحقوق الانسان و القاضية بحرية الشعوب في تقرير مصيرها ، بل إن المدن و القرى يتم محاصرتها بالمجنزرات و العسكر في كل محاولة للتعبير عن رأينا بشكل سلمي و حضاري ، و يتم القمع بشكل وحشي و همجي و بمعاملة المحتجين بالطرق الحاطة للكرامة الانسانية ، و إلحاق الاذى بهم بدنياً و نفسياً من خلال وسائل الاعلام الرسمية و وسائل الاعلام المدفوعة الثمن ، و تسخير ثروة الشعب لمحاربة حريتة ، و لذلك نلتمس منكم عقد إجتماع طارئ لبحث الوضع المأزوم للغاية و إجبار الدولة على إحترام حقوق الانسان و إطلاق سراح الاف المعتقلين السياسين و دعاة الاصلاح و إطلاق الحريات للتعبير عن آرآئنا بكل حرية دون ما تدخل أمني للقمع و التنكيل بنا ، و تقرير مصيرنا بانفسنا حسب ما نصت عليه المواثيق الدولية لحقوق الانسان .
Urgent appeal to the Human Rights Council to act urgently to find a solution to human rights violations in the Arabian Peninsula (Saudi Arabia).
To the Human Rights Council,
The world has witnessed changes variolous during the past three decades for the transition to democracy and respect for human rights and dignity and empowerment of women to exercise their natural rights, but we in the Arabian Peninsula (Saudi Arabia) are suffering from oppression and systematic torture in violation of Article 7 of the International Covenant on Human Rights to prevent Torture and the highest levels and did not find any response from the oppressive tyranny of our requests for freedom and justice, humanitarian mushroom man them, a clear violation of Article 1 of the International Covenant on Human Rights and Justice freedom of peoples to self-determination, but the cities and villages are besieged tracked and the military in every attempt to express our opinion in a peaceful and civilized, and not repression is brutal and barbaric and the treatment of protesters means degrading to human dignity, and to harm them physically and psychologically through the official media and the media paid the price, and harness the wealth of the people to fight freedom, so we request you to convene an emergency meeting to discuss the critical situation of the purpose and force the state to respect human rights and release thousands of detainees, politicians and advocates of reform and freedoms to express our opinions freely without the intervention of security of repression and abuse us, and the report of our own destiny as stipulated in international conventions on human rights.
