Ponderosa Way is a public access road!
Members of our association have gone to the county records and retrieved facts that this is a public access road.
According to Mr. Balmain’s grant deed; assessor’s parcel 003-190-016 recorded with the Mariposa County Document: 2026639 dated: 11/07/2002. His property description states he runs east of Ponderosa Way., it is declaring “as in all other grant deeds associated with Ponderosa Way” a road exists.
Let your voice be heard, let the Stanislaus National Forest know how important our access Road is to us and it needs to be unlocked.
