Payment Refund request to University of Balamand

I, The Undersigned, Jamil Mohsen Eid, am a student at the University of Balamand, in the Faculty of ……, ID Number ………
I have registered for the summer semester 2008 and paid a sum of ....$. When the dramatic events happened in Jabal Mohsen-Tripoli (where I live), I had to flee the country to Syria for safety reasons. By doing so, I have missed the Drop period at the University.

I kindly ask you to consider my case by transferring the amount paid to the fall semester payment, because i was helpless and couldn't reach the University.
