We have been made aware of the case regarding Mr Kohli. Between August 2006 and August 2007 Mr Kohli was continuously called 'Boy' by his manager and racially abused.
In August 2007 BA terminated Mr Kohl's employment without notice after he raised a formal grievance for race discrimination. Mr Kohli was informed his termination was for poor performance because his managers could not understand his written and spoken english.
Mr Kohli was born and educated in the UK with an honorary degree, Masters and post graduation qualifications.
We the undersigned now call on British Airways to immediately stop promoting inequality within the companies Information Management department and stamp out racism within the company.
