Background (Preamble):
Facebook has been blocked at Sunnybrook hosp. and we can no longer access this site on our break at work.
Evidence based practice re: facebook and having our own group called "Sunnybrook nurses and docs", has united units that wouldn't under former circumstances.
The result has helped new staff get aquainted with others, old staff to re-aquaint, topics of didscussion are created and people respond.
It's an avenue to promote collegiality and friendship and support...
