Background (Preamble):
In 1971, the UK Government illegally installed Idi Amin as president of Uganda (http://www.africanfront.com/amindada.php).
This led to 7 years of dramatic economic decline and also to dreadful human rights violations, including of course many gruesome deaths.
The UK Government bears responsbility for the Human Rights Violations, and also for the economic decline, which took another 21 years for Uganda to recover from after Idi Amin was forced from power.
